For a treat, my 9- year-old granddaughter and her friend went to V-Nails - The friend's dad told the technician to do what ever the girls wanted - two hours later, the girls left with claw nails - Not a great look for a 9 year-old - fourth grade! I came in here to have my Nexgen Nails removed & asked for a regular manicure & pedicure. In other words COMPLETELY soak the powder off & shape, buff polish my nails. The polish looked terrible when they were finished & my nail polish started chipping the next day. I could tell at that point they was still a layer of powder on my nails. When I took the polish off this is what I found. I had to finish soaking & filing the powder off myself & then paint them again. A complete waste of $35 is what that was. Time is too valuable to me & people that waste my time & don't do their job seriously piss me off. Do what you are being asked & paid to do! I will never be back. Even the pedicure was so so. I've been here once before and was really pleased. This time, I came with my daughter. It was our first time to get a pedi together. When they showed us to our chairs to begin soaking our feet, the water was lukewarm, then it turned COLD. We sat there for several minutes and I finally had to tell someone. They didn't include any salt or anything in the water, just cold water, gross. The woman that did my daughter's pedi was very nice. The gentleman that did mine was in a huge hurry and he was very rough. His method was horrible; at one point he was hitting my feet and legs with his fist. Got a regular mani and luxury pedi ($43 before tip) on a Sunday. There was no wait and seem to attract a senior citizen clientele. The salon interior is dated but clean. I had an older man doing my finger nails who seem to struggle with just putting the metal tool to clean under may nail (missed...MISSED...lol my nail 3 times) doesn't instill a lot of confidence. Then the younger guy about 20 needs some more training as well. He would miss my toe nails and file my toes occasionally. Then when massaging he used his finger nails under my foot. Told him that he was tickling me and he fixed it. He never used the clippers for inside corner of big toe nails and at this point didn't want a sharp object in his hands. He really tried...an hour in he remembers to offer me a drink. Did a good job with the polish but was there for 1.5hrs with two people working on me! I did enjoy the paraffin treatment that comes with it. They need to better train their people to have return customers. I could pay the same price for better service elsewhere. read more

I just had a full set of eyelashes put on by Katie, and I must say, she is wonderful! Not only is she quick, she does a very very good job!
