Food was good I ordered the cheese and pepperoni calzone and I give it a 8.2, the cheesey garlic knots were a 8.1, and the loaded cheese fries were a 7.4. I've never had bacon cheese fries with turkey bacon but it was good. I had a super nice waitress and everyone worked as a team. The place was clean and had an old Tennessee vibe to it. read more

Located along Milligan Highway, it's about two miles from the University Parkway exit on I-26. It is a white building with a red roof so pretty easy to see. Parking is plentiful in a large paved lot. Several spaces are adjacent to the building, along with handicapped spaces. Other parking is along the side of the building as well as across a traffic lane. We planned to order take out but were unable to find a full menu posted online so had stopped by earlier and picked up a paper copy. The menu seems to be a work in progress with a lot of hand-written information, including a lot of additions to the offerings. It also includes a little of everything, from cheeseburgers to bacon cheese fries in addition to the expected Italian offerings. We decided on the garlic knots with cheese, the Venice pizza, and the chicken parmesan. We were told it would be ready for pick up in 25 minutes. I walked in about 20 minutes later. The entrance opens into a small seating area with a counter in front, and then the restaurant proper. The seating is a mix of tables and booths and separated into two sections by a low wall. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The hostess went to check on my order and said it would be another five minutes (which is what was expected). I paid while waiting and then received my order when promised. The Venice pizza was topped with a nice mixture of sausage, hamburger, ham, onion, green peppers, banana peppers, and mushrooms. There were a lot of toppings and the entire surface was covered. My dining partner wished for a bit more pizza sauce and I thought the overall flavors were a bit muted. Still, it was cooked perfectly and certainly had a full quantity of toppings. The chicken parmesan was well packaged and stayed hot during the drive home. The dish was completely covered with cheese and had a good amount of chicken. The pasta was spaghetti. The flavor was good and also came with a small loaf of garlic bread. The garlic knots were the best of the items ordered. They were cooked perfectly, garlicky, and cheesy without being greasy or dry. The marinara dipping sauce was nothing special but worked fine with the knots. With the wide range of offerings, it would be hard not to find something you wanted to eat on the menu. Based on our first trip, everything is well prepared and offers good quantity for the price. We look forward to additional visits as they refine their menu. read more

Either remove the four cheese pizza from the menu or add the four cheeses to the "four cheese pizza". Kraft American is not one of the cheeses listed on the menu. You took the standard cheese pizza and slapped some sliced cheese on there and charged me $6 extra for that. If it weren't for this travesty I would've rated this four star pizza. read more

We were in this place yesterday for the first time and it will definitely be our last! My cups was dirty, I could scrape what looked like a milk ring off with my straw and the server tried to tell me the cup had a crack in it. We ordered garlic cheese knots, they had no cheese in them. My grandmother ordered a small pizza with extra cheese. It had cheese but definitely not any extra. When she mentioned she asked for extra cheese the server said would you like me to bring you some Parmesan cheese? She said no she asked for extra mozzarella, they did remake it for her. When the server brought it out he said "you guys said it was your first time here and it seems like everything has gone wrong, I'll make sure to get them to give you guys a big discount". I thought well that's nice. My kids both ordered chicken alfredo with shrimp. The pasta had only shrimp, no chicken. When I told the server he just apologized and was going to walk away. Didn't even offer to get the chicken to put in it, I had to ask for it. My kids both also had sweet tea. The server asked if they wanted a refill and brought them back UNsweet tea with sugar he added that was sitting in the bottom of the cup but the worse part was he didn't put ANY once in the cup. Who wants to drink a glass of warm tea with their dinner. When I went to pay I asked the server about the tea. He said "I'm sorry, we were out of sweet tea and we're not allowed to tell customers when we're out of anything" What?? Just tell us you had to make more. We would have waited or they could have gotten something else to drink. I asked him about the discount he said we were going to get. He said there was a language barrier between him and the kitchen. I asked if the "kitchen" was the manager. He said he's the owner. When I spoke with him he said he would take off the garlic knots and asked if that was okay? I said if that's the best you will do then I guess so. I also told him it was our first AND last time coming to this restaurant. He said hold on hold on. Looked at the receipt for a while and said " I took 10% off" I paid him and left. The service was okay, the server was not knowledgeable about the restaurant and lied about the "big discount". read more

My husband and I have been here several times and the food is absolutely delicious!! This visit I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich with fries. Awesome!! My husband ordered the Venice Sandwich ~~ a Cheesesteak sandwich with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, onion, cheese and mushrooms. A ton of meat on this sandwich!! Hr also ordered the onion rings....delicious! Very reasonably priced for the size portions. We highly recommend this restaurant!! We will definitely keep coming back. A hidden gem!!! read more

We stopped in here not realizing it was under new ownership. Such a big difference. First it's now Italian. We shared the 12 in Venice. Shredded beef, green peppers, onion, mushrooms and cheese on a hoagie bun. It came hot nice and hot with fries. The serve Kasey was a delight. Highly recommend the Venice calzon. It's full of fresh ingredients, including a made from scratch sauce. Just get the large (it's huge,but who would want less of this.) it made 3 meals for me. I had the chicken fettuccine. It is probably the best I've had in the tri cities. The portion size was good. I hadn't eaten all day and had plenty of food to make me full. I also had the cannoli cake. It was great as well. The decor and food don't really match and they played everything from kiss to the Beatles on the radio but that stuff doesn't really matter to me. When I called Grub Hub they said they would cancel my order. I called the restaurant and they held my order and kept it warm until I could pick it up. They were very apologetic and just concerned. Great Calzone, portion was more than generous for the small and reasonably priced. My hubs had the spicy pasta and enjoyed it.
