The staff was unfriendly and My nails were uneven, poorly shaped, and looked rushed. When I pointed out issues, no one seemed concerned or willing to fix them. This salon is absolutely beautiful! The decor is so relaxing. The ladies that did my pedicure and manicure took their time even though the lady that did my pedicure didn't speak English she was patient and took her time, I informed them that I am a diabetic and she did a great job. I love the fact that they put a small table across your lap while doing your manicure at the same time they're doing your pedicure because I HATE WHEN THEY GIVE YOU THAT PILLOW TO PUT IN YOUR LAP! I always refuse it at other salons. This alone is why I will continue to visit this salon and needless to say it's 6 mins from my home. I also got my legs waxed & my underarms. read more

Otherwise, you may be double charged, and the business may deny it even with proof. I recently got my nails done at this establishment, and while the service itself was fine, there was a serious issue with the payment process. The young lady at the register accidentally undercharged me. Wanting to ensure they were properly compensated for their work, I agreed when she said she would void the original transaction and charge the correct amount. However, a few days later, I noticed that both charges had gone through on my account. I disputed one of them with my bank, clearly explaining that I wasn't denying I received the service only that I was charged twice. The bank contacted the business, and someone confirmed I received the service, completely missing the point of my dispute. When I followed up directly with the establishment and showed proof of both charges on my bank statement, I was told I wasn't double charged despite clear evidence to the contrary. read more

PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! My wife went in for a full set ($47) with French tips (extra $15). They let a new girl work on her nails and completely messed them up. They ended up having to redo them as the senior nail tech mentioned they were not looking right. After the redo, they charged her $86. Why should she have to pay an extra $24 if they messed them up? Then THEY pointed it out to her that they were going to redo them. She spent over 3 hours here. Please look elsewhere. read more
