I was treated a lovely girls pedi by a friend for my birthday. We had a very nice experience here and we had a glass of wine with our pedi. The location is clean, and not crowded for a Saturday morning We were not rushed, (able to talk talk talk) had a lovely massage on my legs and my toe nails look good. A few times the water was too hot for both our feet, but was quickly corrected. I say this to say, slowly test the water before you dunk your feet straight in Besides this, a great experience and treat! I drove pass this spot & googled it. Their website is pretty detailed with prices & services. The site also has an online booking system which I loved so I made an appointment. I visited as scheduled and I was seated immediately which was surprising being that it was a Saturday morning. I received both my pedicure and manicure services at the same time, which I normally don't enjoy but I was in a rush so it was perfect. I received the classic pedicure and acrylic full set with gel. Took approximately an 1.5 hr and the service was pretty decent. The decor inside is cute and the space is clean, bright & inviting. They even have a bar inside. I stopped in once more since my initial visit. The only con is my polish chipped too easily both times. I think they may be thinning their white gel polish because it shouldn't chip so easily. Been going here 4 years. I had a nail that was split that already had gel on it. My podiatrist said I could get my nails polished just not drilled or filed on top of the nail. Nor could I get pedicures. Went a few months ago, and a gel dissolver was used to not have to use a drill or file to remove the nail polish. Went today and the nail tech painting my toenails did not listen to me at all. Used the drill and through the nail techs who translated, neither her nor any of the nail techs could find the gel dissolver. My toenail is now very sore. Will not be back. Really like this place but the customer's health has to come first. read more

This was my first visit to the Vibe Nail Bar. I stumbled into this spot because I was looking for a new nail tech closer to home. I will say I was definitely satisfied with the level of service I received. Getting a new sculpted set without any nail extensions is always a hit or miss. However, John serviced me today and it was definitely a hit. I am happy with my new hands and I look forward to building a lasting relationship. The interior was clean and spacious. I got my nails done by I believe is the owners wife. I asked for a natural looking nail, even showed a video on what color acrylic to mix together to achieve the look I wanted. My end goal was to have a hyperrealistic nail. She didn't want to listen and just showed me what colors everyone else gets. I ended up just asking for plain nails, square and medium length. The nail tech laid the acrylic on my cuticles which is painful. She also filed my nails with a normal nail file which I don't mind but I am still in pain because of how rough she filed them. Now I'm not sure what was going on but she ended up having her husband come finish and just got up and left. As a cosmetologist I felt disappointed that she didn't listen but also did my nails as of she didn't really want to. When she said she was feeling lazy is when I should have asked for someone else to do my nails. This was my first time coming there. So to have a subpar experience even after I told her I was a new customer was disappointing. I hope that if any of the nail techs are tired they pass a customer on to the next best person who will make their experience worth while. read more

But John omggggggggg he is the BOMB.COM!!!!! I love the way he did my nails. Well 1st off I'll start by saying beware. I started going to this location, as they were new, closer home, and started out good. But my last few times here I've noticed that the overall quality has gone down. The customer service by the owner (guy always at front) is terrible. He looks at everyone as a number/$$ only. He will lie just to get your money. Example I went and asked for a specific color he said yes they had (very rushy), which I new they ran out of the last time I had come but "I gave the benefit of the doubt" they could have purchased more so I sat down and when we got to the color they didn't have it and was trying to get me "close to it"... The next time I went the nail tech did a good job but when adding up at register she had it correct not over charging but the owner came over deleted what she had in and put whatever he felt the price should have been. Now mind you he didn't do my nails so how would he know how much. He was just trying to get extra money (a big No for me). The money isn't a problem but don't try over charging me to get what you want especially since I tip good and am (was) a regular customer. My daughter went a few days later and guess what same experience. Needless to say I won't be back. You have lost a good customer because of your greed and lack of customer service. I went there for the first time for a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. I was seated immediately and offered a beverage. They had someone work on my mani and pedi simultaneously, which is a plus. The ladies were very nice and friendly. My only gripe is the nail polish chipped the very next day on all of my nails. They need to use better quality polish. read more

I should have came to Yelp for reviews before visiting this establishment. I searched the surrounding area for the nearest nail salons and this particular place showed "Recommended". I asked for a pedicure and sculpted nails. First, about my pedicure polish was horrible, but I disregarded it. Then the gentleman did my nails. Horrific. They look nothing like any picture I have ever seen with a short set of nails almond shape. Then they charged me $170. $70 was for my nails alone. My thing is, explain to me how much it's going to cost before you just doing something. Give me the option to say no I don't want that or yes that's fine. My hands look a whole mess. $70 for what????????? I will never go here again. Don't waste your time nor your money. I was looking for a place close to home, but I have decided I will just have to drive across town. Everything I have experienced in this area sucks. This is by far the worst French nails that I have ever gotten. I showed a picture of what I wanted and I did not get what I wanted. I asked for something so simple . Everytime I went here a woman did my nails & I loved my service but this last time was horrible and that short guy did my nails. When I first walked in and I seen the sign that said we do not offer refunds if you don't like your service, I should've knew that was a red flag because that was never there before & and now I see it's because of him. He's messing up everyone's nails. I had to keep telling him how to shape SQUARE NAILS .. he knew I didn't like it because he kept asking did I like it but I just kept trusting the process but I knew something was wrong the way he was doing my nails, the way he was globbing acrylic on. He had to drill down twice so it wouldn't be so lumpy on top. It was just terrible, and then two days after getting my nails done here my whole nail breaks off my entire nail. I went there to get nails (sns)done after getting my nails done a month ago at this same nail salon. I wanted to get my nails white rather then soaking off my previous sns they filed some of the sns off. This damaged my nails then the male nail tech told me sometimes you have to take a break from getting your nails done. Two of my naturals were blood shot red. He tried to paint my nails white with the gel polish but you can see the pink from the previous sns. So I had to chose a pink color to make it look better.
