Ordered little before the opening time but it gave the staff a chance to get the order done, delivered and paid off. brunos! what happened to you??? got a pepperoni pizza and a steak and cheese grinder this week, and it was the worst ever. the steak was like some minced meaat product, with one tiny slab of cheese, dry as anything. the pizza tasted like it came from the supermarket. something has changed at brunos. not liking it anymore. read more

Needed something quick, easy and made a huge mistake and got a pizza from Bruno's. Never have i been so disappointed!!! I will definitely get something else quick in town or go the extra time to Capri's in Holyoke - sure wish they were in Agawam. The crust was so thin - you almost couldn't find it. Haven't gotten a pizza from them in a long time. They had changed the sauce or not cooked it long enough and I kept on getting sick from it. Heard from a couple of friends there was someone else who has taken over the management and a new cook (I believe it's all still family) and decided to order again. The pizza was AWESOME! Ordered a 16", combo, light on the pepperoni and added mushrooms. Asked for well done! Pizza was PERFECT! Will start ordering again from here! read more

We ordered for pick-up and went inside to get it but I didn't pay much attention. We ordered a medium with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms which I thought was good sized and comparable to larges at other establishments. My sister commented on more than ample mushrooms. I thought it was fairly loaded of all three toppings and was good fresh and as a leftover a day or so later. I personally did not care for the sauce as when I cook at home I use Ragu's pizza sauce which is a bit sweeter and I love that sauce. The sauce on the pizza was good but not in my preference range but I've warned you of what I like; not all sets of taste buds are the same. In summary: a good value and tasty pizza. read more

Thought I would try a new pizza place. It's hard to find really good pizza in western mass/ northern CT. Tried Bruno's in Agawam which I thought was decent when I tried it 20 years ago. Ordered a large with two items. It was difficult finding prices online, but I figured, how much could a large 2 item pizza cost. Shocked when I picked it up and it was $31. The highest price I saw online for Bruno's was 3 items for $24. I think restaurants should be required to post current prices online or be required to honor the prices posted. Posting low prices is a very deceptive practice. Quality was average, thought the cheese tasted funny. I guess I'll stick with Roma's in Southwick for now. I can get a party sized combo with many items for almost the same price, and it's delicious there. read more

I had forgotten how great a pizza Brunos makes. The sauce and toppings complement one and other and the crust is done to perfection. What a delicious treat we were able to share with neighbors. DO NOT ORDER a GRINDER: there were two, thin pieces of meat on the large grinder, small amount of cheese, sparse lettuce and two small slices of tomato. I grew up eating the pizza at Bruno's, and now that I've moved out of town, I still find myself taking the trip back to get that flavor again. It's definitely one of the best places in the greater Springfield area, bar none. Great service, wonderful pizza, and all at a good price, too. One thing to note: I wouldn't recommend eating in - it's not really the place for that sort of thing, but if you want awesome pizza at home, get it from Bruno's. You won't be sorry. read more

Fantastic pizza-- crust and sauce are some of the best ever. Ask to have it "Pie" cut (triangles)-- they'll do it 90% of the time. We prefer that over squares, especially for small size pizza (which feed 3-4 people). Consistently good, friendly owners/staff. The wings were great, too, according to a family member. Agreed that it's not great to eat there...a little noisy, etc., but highly recommend!! read more

This is your average generic pizza place. The prices are decent and the pizza tastes like every other pizza you have ever had at a pizza party growing up. Gave Bruno's a try on 6/10/16. Worst BLT grinder I have ever had. Soaked with bacon grease, not an exaggeration as the grinder roll was dripping. I pulled the soaked pieces off the best I could. The American "cheese" was as appetizing as plastic...barely any lettuce.I will never spend money here again. read more

The gentleman that took my order over the phone was very friendly, and read back my order to make sure he heard it right. The driver that arrived was also very friendly. New to Agawam so it was first time having Bruno ' s. Luckily they were open and delivering in the snow storm, even delivered in less time than quoted.
