It turns out, Don Willis was formerly affiliated with KTK Plumbing and had installed a kitchen sink faucet in my home a couple years ago. They (he was accompanied by his son, an apprentice, I believe) arrived on time and quickly went to work. When they moved the washing machine to make access to the drain easier they "discovered" a secondary access to the drain. Using both access, as well as a hundred foot snake, the cleaned out the drain all the way to my septic system. The whole job took about an hour, and I've had no drainage problems since then.

Out of…read more6 plumbers, Joe was the only one that was willing to come out with in the hour, let alone the only one willing to take on the task of working with this new technology that every other plumber was so afraid to go near. He's a genuine guy that does genuine work. Prior to my job, he has only installed 1 tankless water heater; however, seeing him persevere in his work and the fact that I now have hot water with no leaks is a testament to his work efforts and work ethics.
