A…read moreday later, when the wood had dried, they put on two coats of new stain on the deck floor and one coat on the verticals of the railing, and the deck looks like new. The deck, of course, will fade again in a few years, and I will definitely have Supreme come back again.

Their response was that they can't handle any repairs for me 'this year' because of my location. In response, I asked if I could get on their list for next year. Their reply - no, not even next year - because of my location. They then laughingly suggested that I could try calling them next year to ask. This is really not the way to treat a potential customer. With all due respect, if you don't intend to cover the areas listed on your website, please correct your website.

They did not fix anything extra like nails that were sticking out which they said would be fixed when they flat sanded which they didn't do either. Our deck looked striped when they were done. The inch spaces between the boards were not painted just the top. So it looked really striped. Places were missed and it looked like they used the least amount of paint possible. It did look better when they came out a second time but my husband painted between the boards himself on the weekend.

And then told me that it was my fault that he was unable to match the sheen already on the walls so when HE bought the wrong paint it was a "waste of a day". He never showed up here with a crew of guys and in fact the last day that he was here... He SCREAMED at the one employee he did have here working and fired him. He then hold me he had no one else to finish the job and was unable to complete the paint job. He left patch on EVERY wall of my house and now my ENTIRE house needs to be repainted walls and ceiling thanks to him. He demanded 35% down stating that "other people are untrustworthy" when ironically he is the untrustworthy one. He took the money, packed up and left with paint all over my new floor, my money in hand, and ruined my entire house! TRUST me when I tell you that if Nino is so willing to leave a job looking like the pictures below, that is a testament to his character, his worth ethic and his integrity.
