They are small but they come with great hot and or cold water if needed with great water pressure. There is a dog wash in the back of the building. They also have a small dog pen for your dogs to run around in off leash. Ichose one of their small cabins. They are full stocked if needed (sheets / blankets and such). Each location has a deck, outside table, and fire pit. Some cabins come with more or less, just depends on what you choose. It would be nice if they had a few more tense spots. In all, Camp Host - does a great job in keeping location very clean and presentable. Job well done !!

Then the BATHROOM WAS CLOSED! That means no shower, no bathroom, and no one to complain to for a refund. Why does KOA allow them to still rent spots without some reference to this being a simple parking spot without any amenities? We would have been much better off to go and stay at a local hotel for the same price. If you are in a van or smaller RV avoid this place! Many of the sites are occupied by full time residences so it is more of a mobile home park rather than a camping spot. People driving in and out at all hours, heading to or coming home from work. Lot's of noise and again, no body around to request another spot, or to open the bath.

I made so many water fowl friends and caught bullfrogs - taking a dip to cool down in the 55 degree water. Swarms of hummingbirds! I have never camped somewhere that is so eco diverse! The price is right! And yes, the showers take quarters - so I take a shorter shower and prevent water waste. Fresh eggs on site are a must! They even had no issue with me recharging my solar generator on cloudy days or getting fresh spring water from an available spigot. This place is a dream, I felt in my own world in a remote spot on site. A quick e-bike ride up to the main lodge to grab a shower (clean! spacious and private!) or do laundry (not coin operated - pay as you go) or grab ice. Bring cash or grab change from office. Everyone is really nice and accommodating. There are door-dashers on site, so I had provisions from the nearest town delivered with ease. They are fairly new and upgrading amenities every day that I cannot wait to come back and visit my duck buddies and see and experience all the new activities/amenities on site. It is a brand new RV park and they are still expanding some of the areas, but once they are done it will be top notch! The full hookups were really a treat. We were literally 20 minutes away from our destination to this RV park when we were involved in a terrible wreck. When my son called to cancel the reservation, the young man on the phone was SO gracious and kind, he literally offered to come help us. Unfortunately, we were past the point of being helped as the authorities, other passers by and ambulance were already there. That left such an impression and we want to return, as guests, and experience the place and areas surrounding it. Need to find and replace our rig first, this may take a few years.... We loved our spots 30 and 40 we only had one neighbor and a nice patch of grass on the other side. Laundry facilities and restrooms were clean. The store was well stocked and there was even a bbq restaurant at the campground. It was very good. The people running the park were friendly and helpful. Giving us a lot of great info. I have ruminated on whether to post a review, but am still disturbed by the unethical business…read moresituation that took place during my stay that I am unable to disregard. On February 22 I searched online for a 5-day stay with my desired amenities. Since my stay was to be in June, I knew it could be hot and I researched several parks in the area considering sites that were shaded from the south and the west, which is the hottest time of day in an RV. I do have AC, but choose not to use it, if site is properly shaded. I reviewed Google Earth and found Site #2 to accomodate my needs and paid an extra $20 to reserve that specific site. My confirmation clearly stated, "Site -2 Site # is guaranteed." When I arrived on June 16, I was met by friendly park owner, Glen. I advised him that I was in Site 2, which was occupied. He explained that the people in Site 1 had friends that he put in Site 2 to be next to them. He went on to explain that he had moved me to Site 3, which had more room. There was absolutely no prior communication provided for this change and no mention of a refund of the $20 site guarantee, as I would have likely not stayed here had I been informed. I inquired about shade and he advised that there was a good shade tree on Site 3. The tree provided shade in the morning, not in the afternoon. Now it was too late to book another campground, as it was hot and any campground with shade would certainly be booked. Further, the internet was mediocre. We stayed the 5 nights, but still are extremely disappointed with the business practices and lack of any communication regarding a site change at Circleville RV.
