They are small but they come with great hot and or cold water if needed with great water pressure. There is a dog wash in the back of the building. They also have a small dog pen for your dogs to run around in off leash. Ichose one of their small cabins. They are full stocked if needed (sheets / blankets and such). Each location has a deck, outside table, and fire pit. Some cabins come with more or less, just depends on what you choose. It would be nice if they had a few more tense spots. In all, Camp Host - does a great job in keeping location very clean and presentable. Job well done !!

Then the BATHROOM WAS CLOSED! That means no shower, no bathroom, and no one to complain to for a refund. Why does KOA allow them to still rent spots without some reference to this being a simple parking spot without any amenities? We would have been much better off to go and stay at a local hotel for the same price. If you are in a van or smaller RV avoid this place! Many of the sites are occupied by full time residences so it is more of a mobile home park rather than a camping spot. People driving in and out at all hours, heading to or coming home from work. Lot's of noise and again, no body around to request another spot, or to open the bath.

The wildlife in the park is always fun to watch. Hummingbirds, geese, rabbits and an occasional fancy peacock provide morning and late afternoon entertainment. But the best amenity is the close access to the famous Utah Paiute ATV trail system or the Old Spanish Trail bike path. The little shop in the main building check in area was very cute and had a lot of fun things to look at and buy! We stayed one night in a tent camp spot. There are restrooms attached to the main building with showers, toilets, and sink/mirrors. There's also a dish washing space for longer stays. The camp site had decent shade and grass area to put your tent on. There were a couple picnic tables for use as well. There are free-roaming peacocks that are beautiful but are definitely loud in the morning! We went in July which is really hot for the hot springs, but it was nice since it wasn't busy! We had our soak time from 8-10pm which was great to view the sunset and soak while the air cooled off. It's such a unique hot spring location with bathtubs and larger pools. The owner walked around and made sure everyone was comfortable and was super friendly. I liked that they weren't sulfur hot springs so you didn't stink after! The negative reviews here seem like they didn't read the website that explained what to expect. I appreciate the websites honesty in keeping this location rustic and authentic, while acknowledging there are things they could improve. Knowing you're not going to a five-star location would be beneficial. The small business aspect played a huge role, in having great hospitality and a very friendly atmosphere. It is a brand new RV park and they are still expanding some of the areas, but once they are done it will be top notch! The full hookups were really a treat. The camp layout is interesting; it's set up as a lot of back-ins, which is all you'll see if you try to book online. I ended up calling instead since we were pretty close and since they weren't full, Thelma set us up as a pull-through spanning 2 sites. The only drawback and reason for 4 stars is the entire park gently slopes. You enter driving down hill and the hill just kind of keeps going through to the back of the park. We had a really hard time getting our travel trailer level in the gravel and eventually gave up and just settled with being a bit off kilter for the night. As far as the facilities, on the plus side they are definitely new and pretty clean. As an update to some of the previous reviews: the fitness center is set up and the game room is now open, with a pool table and TV. They may get shuffleboard soon. The club house is large with a full kitchen available to all guests. There is a laundry room with 3 sets of machines. One set was out of order but we used the other two and they worked great; decent size and everything dried without needing extra time. Note that the laundry is coin operated, quarters only, but there is no machine to convert bills to change; I was able to buy $5 worth of quarters from Thelma though. The showers are decent, but lacking shelving or benches or anywhere convenient to place your towel, clothes, etc. There's only one hook attached to the back of the door by an adhesive strip, which I didn't trust to hold my fold-out toiletry bag, and was too far away from the shower to put my towel, so I got creative with using the toilet seat and the accessibility handle bars. Overall, it's a new, clean, welcoming park, but there are definitely opportunities for improvement.

We were literally 20 minutes away from our destination to this RV park when we were involved in a terrible wreck. When my son called to cancel the reservation, the young man on the phone was SO gracious and kind, he literally offered to come help us. Unfortunately, we were past the point of being helped as the authorities, other passers by and ambulance were already there. That left such an impression and we want to return, as guests, and experience the place and areas surrounding it. Need to find and replace our rig first, this may take a few years.... On February 22 I searched online for a 5-day stay with my desired amenities. Since my stay was to be in June, I knew it could be hot and I researched several parks in the area considering sites that were shaded from the south and the west, which is the hottest time of day in an RV. I do have AC, but choose not to use it, if site is properly shaded. I reviewed Google Earth and found Site #2 to accomodate my needs and paid an extra $20 to reserve that specific site. My confirmation clearly stated, "Site -2 Site # is guaranteed." When I arrived on June 16, I was met by friendly park owner, Glen. I advised him that I was in Site 2, which was occupied. He explained that the people in Site 1 had friends that he put in Site 2 to be next to them. He went on to explain that he had moved me to Site 3, which had more room. There was absolutely no prior communication provided for this change and no mention of a refund of the $20 site guarantee, as I would have likely not stayed here had I been informed. I inquired about shade and he advised that there was a good shade tree on Site 3. The tree provided shade in the morning, not in the afternoon. Now it was too late to book another campground, as it was hot and any campground with shade would certainly be booked. Further, the internet was mediocre. We stayed the 5 nights, but still are extremely disappointed with the business practices and lack of any communication regarding a site change at Circleville RV.
