If your looking for a place to stay while you enjoy Marysvale, Rose Ranch I found out is one of my now favorites. They have RV hook ups, campgrounds to set up your tents, and they have 3 ,2 bedroom cabins as well. The resort has a backroad trail that goes straight into town, and also trails are connected to the piute atv trails. They have a ton of ATV for rentals. One year my Razor broke down on the trail, I called Rose Ranch and Nathan came down with a machine for me to rent for the day. This year I stayed at his place and really enjoyed it, they are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

We rented a 4 seater UTV for the day! These guys were amazing...they delivered the UTV to our cabin. Pricing was phenomenal... we rented a UTV prior in Zion and was charged rental, deposit and cleaning fees. This was the BEST experience ever and cannot wait to return! We loved the Paiute Trail, Miner's Village and Buillon Falls.

Great campground. 50/30a full hookups. Atv rentals on site. A few nice cabin rentals. Firepits at campsites. We chose this campground because others in the area had too many rules, were not dog friendly, and didnt have firepits at each campsite. On site mechanic jim was very helpful. Nathan and his crew were very friendly and made us feel

The fries and shakes were good, but the burgers were terrible. My wife's burger came with everything and although there was ketchup on the table the burger was swimming in ketchup and mustard. Mine was the "Cowboy" and came with fried onions, and the onions were so overdone, breaded, and SALTED that they were no longer onions. I removed the onions and ate what was left. I think the beef had some funky filler in it because it was packed tight and not loose like hamburger, and it tasted like it had oats or something in it. Both of us felt like the burger was with us all night, if you know what I mean. The staff needed some training but tried hard. I'd like to see this place succeed, but the prices were high and the cook needs to take some lessons.

It came hot, juicy and very delicious. I tried the Spicy Fries which were sprinkled with a spicy chili powder. They were darn good. My Wife had the Turkey bacon sandwich. It was loaded with meat and she said it was very good. We had 7 in our party and no complaints. They had regular customers ordering meals and kept up with the large amount of orders. Most places would be buried with this amount of business. Kudos to the staff. Great food and friendly service. Would highly recommend and will stop in next time in the area. See pics of our meal. Oh and we had an amazing Dole Whip treat afterwards. Yummy

This group usually…read morefloats the river, but the water levels were pretty low so we opted to skip the float this year. I'm actually glad that we did, it gave us a chance to explore other things instead. Friday night, we joined other campers and locals for a game of BINGO. It was fun to meet other people and enjoy a spirited game together. I think they might have been short staffed because it took a long time to place a dinner order, but eventually we got to enjoy a burger. We also checked out e-bikes and explored the adjacent bike trail. We wanted to go out a little early and the nice man at the counter was gracious enough to come in early for us. The trailer site we stayed in was nice-lots of shade and a nearby shower and bathroom. I would love to stay at the site #17 which backs up to the river or cabin that overlooks the water next time. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back again.

We stayed at Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort in one of the train car units in October, and it was…read moreeasily one of the most disappointing lodging experiences we've ever had -- especially for the price (nearly $800 for three nights). From the moment we walked in, it was obvious the unit hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. There was thick dust buildup, cobwebs in corners and on light fixtures, and visible grime on multiple surfaces -- even the inside of the front door. We found a dirty sock on the floor and an empty tissue box shoved under the TV. The bed frame was broken, kitchen countertop was broken with large amounts of grout missing, several lamps didn't work, and overall, the train car felt run-down and neglected. It wasn't just the unit. The entire property looked uncared for. The sprinklers outside our window pounded against the glass at 2 a.m., waking us up and forcing us to go outside in the dark to fix them ourselves. The convenience store was rundown, the soda fountain machine didn't work, and there was no coffee so we had to drive 10 miles each morning just to get coffee. There is NO restaurant on site. They sell gas station nachos and hotdogs. They advertise Starlink satellite internet but there are only hotspots around the property. I reported the state of the unit to staff upon checkout and followed up with photos afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, management chose to minimize our experience and referenced a supposed "strict no refund policy" that doesn't appear anywhere on their website or in the confirmation email. When the owners finally responded, they brushed off everything as a matter of "personal standards" and stated "after reviewing all the facts in the situation, a 10% refund seems appropriate, if not generous". The resort is now under new management, and it shows. The focus seems to be entirely on increasing revenue, not maintaining the property or caring for guests. The way they've handled our situation -- dodging responsibility, minimizing our experience, and inventing policies to avoid accountability -- says everything about their priorities. For a place that advertises itself as a "resort," the experience was anything but. The property is in disrepair, the cleanliness is unacceptable, and the management clearly cares more about money than the people spending it. Save yourself the disappointment -- this place is not worth your time or your money. The photos I've attached speak for themselves.

Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort - Again, the location and views are amazing. The "idea " of the place is great. Just not the execution.
