We were hesitant to call someone for a while now after reading literal horror stories about what other companies have done to peoples homes.. but not Rockstar Plumbing. Not only was our guy, DAVID GONZALES* super empathetic to our situation, he came within 2 hours and had our issues resolved THAT DAY!! He was professional, time sensitive, and attentive. He explained all of our plumbing issues in terms that we actually understand and even gave us quotes on all of the items we need to look at; he even pointed out an issue that may get worse with time and we didn't even notice it until he told us. David took the time to clean up everything before he left (we've had people leave dirt on our floors, dirty footprints, etc.) We will 1000% be using this company again when fixing our other bathroom and recommend anyone to utilize them. This owner could have a) honored his assertions that he would swap out the filter and softener because we were experiencing smells from the second his equipment was installed [he also broke his word and did not swap out the units like he agreed he would], b) offered a refund and come remove his equipment and we both move on, or c) abandon the customer after ~60 days. The owner chose C. The owner also chose to call me a "Karen" and a Bozo because a customer expected him to resolve issues from his services and posted a low star rating of his company. His lack of customer service, professionalism, and installation are sufficient for a NO-star rating. This company is as big a joke as its name! The best advice this Neanderthal gave me was to place the system he installed in bypass for a month. We had to pay a real professional water company $500 to correct the poor installation done by Little Profit Water Softeners.
