They were able to come out the next morning and review our system and as expected they really did not find anything wrong. The service technician, Mark made a couple of observations and suggestions that we took to heart and will apply to make our AC/Heating unit more efficient and clean. Frank, the supervisor called after the inspection to make sure that all went smoothly with Mark and the service. I really appreciated hearing from him! When I was about to pay I told him about the larger company that had serviced my AC previously and gave me ridiculous quotes for new ductwork or even just fixing the issue we have with the master bedroom being so hot. Trey went in the attic and checked the unit outside. He was able to not only tell me what needed to be fixed but he showed me all of the issues and explained everything thoroughly. Today David and Ronnie came out to clean the unit and did a great job. They'll be out here again Friday to completely replace the ductwork. The honesty alone was enough to make me a loyal customer. Everyone has been super friendly so far and I'm so thankful to have found them yesterday.

Other items were added to the estimate. I was totally surprised and called 1604. Craig came out and performed a complete inspection to find that the plenums were not leaking in any way. This senior citizen was pleased to learn the truth. He also inspected the compressors and topped them off with freon. His costs were very reasonable given the inspection and work performed. Craig is very personable and very experienced with A/C systems. As a one person business, he does not pay for office space, payroll taxes, leased vehicles and other typical business related expenses. He is able to pass those savings on to his customers. His new van holds all types of parts and equipment for repairs. I highly recommend 1604 A/C and Heating to anyone who needs service with their HVAC systems.
