Now, if he had mentioned this at the time of booking, when he first received the address, we would've understood immediately. HOWEVER!!! He did not. He kept reassuring us that he would be there and had it in the books. He waited until the absolute last minute to cancel. We were not able to find a company that could accommodate a last-minute request, which made us very annoyed.
