Okay that is fine so we went ahead and booked her. .All her invoices stated Gratuity Not Included, so we gave her tip in cash the first time and the next 4 visits she said just pay me the tip at the end. Three days before our last dinner she sent an invoice which now she added a New line item of 22% gratuity. She asked my husband for the last invoiced to be paid within 1/2 hour of getting here. We had 8 guest and my husband said we will Zelle you or Venmo or PayPal on the tip, after we go over all of the invoices, she said No and I will not leave until I get it and went and sat at the barstool until we paid her 22 % nonnegotiable . She was very rude and unprofessional in our opinion, with all our guest here she did not care. Also, lots of adders to our invoice which were not expected. Her food was good and lie oved her helpers , we asked to have food prepared ahead of time because she spent over 6 hours the first time she was will to do it in a commercial kitchen with extra charge but well worth it...
