I've been a resident here for over 4 years, and I just wanted to write this review about how wonderful this community is and recognize Jennifer, Melissa, Kali, David and Jose from leasing office for putting together such an incredible FIFA Club World Cup watch party for the community on July 1st. It was honestly one of the best resident events I've ever attended in all the apartment complexes across different states I have lived in. They transformed the outdoor space with a big screen to watch the match, had delicious food and beverages, a Kona Ice truck, and even fun cheering accessories like bells, horns, and other noisemakers that made the atmosphere feel festive and exciting. It was so thoughtfully organized and brought so many residents together. I attended with my parents, and they absolutely loved it. We spent the evening enjoying the game, meeting neighbors, and just having a wonderful time. Events like this really make this community feel welcoming and special. A huge thank you to the leasing office team for all the planning and hard work that went into making this event such a success. It was clear how much effort and thought went into every detail, and it was truly appreciated. Looking forward to many more community events like this! read more

Upon move out we were charged three months worth of utilities when we only owed the last month. We already pay utilities monthly on top of our rent. The utilities on the move out receipt were dated for end of 6/2025 to end of 8/2025 for two months of charges and included a third month of charges on top of that. Why are we being charged for utilities for months that we already paid for with the monthly rent payments? Does not make any sense to say it's based on when we moved in when it clearly reflects the last few months of move out date on the receipt that was sent to us. Locked us out of the resident portal so we can't even get the payment receipts. Our email to venue had no response and they sent it to the debt collectors so now we have to deal with that. Scammers. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!! Venue apartments is hell. The elevators NEVER work. They are down for months. For days now, ALL the elevators are DOWN. Total chaos. Whether you have broken bones, got a surgery recently, have sick animals in the house, have to move luggage, or are pregnant, you have to use the stairs. The rent is cheap compared to other apartments nearby because there are so many problems in this building. They will send you cupcakes on Valentine's day to compensate for their shit elevators. So, do I eat cupcakes and forget how much inconvenient it is for us to not have any elevator working? I am going to sue these folks for the inconvenience they have been causing since so many years. In 2022, the elevators were not working for 6 months. None of the vendors want to work with them to get the parts and fix the elevators ASAP. DO NOT RENT HERE. There are much better places. venue used be good but in the last year, its been a terrible experience living here. lots of mail and package thefts, leasing office opens and closes as they wish without notice. there is construction going on behind the apartments which is extremely noisy. it's slated to go on for 3 years. do not stay here if you face the back of the apartments. they haven't even reduced the lease prices because of the construction, they've infact increased it. lots of apartments in the area which are cheaper , less noisy and better. read more

I love my apartment but I hate how much I pay and each year it is increased despite the several issues in the property. Something is constantly wrong, if it's not a broken elevator it's a broken garage gate. Recently, we've had issues with the AC not working in the gym. It smells disgusting in there and it is worse with the hot weather. There used to be a second gym, but it was turned into a package room because packages kept getting stolen so now we're down one gym, but still paying the same rent prices, not to mention how dirty common areas are the hallways look like they have not been cleaned. The trashes in the garage areas are constantly overflowing. The elevators are dirty. Some of it is poor management and the other is people in the community being dirty and not respecting public spaces. oh and if you want to sit by the pool, make sure you're not allergic to dogs because there's dog fur all over those chairs. I think the biggest issue is how expensive rent is compared to the amount of issues we have to deal with to live here. Also, if you want to use the clubhouse for an event, even if no one else is using it and sits empty, you have to pay hundreds of dollars. On top of that there's been a fair share of abandoned cars left in the garage. The garage gets flooded with water frequently, and some machine down there is constantly broken and blaring out a loud ringing noise. The complex is nice and the location is great, but there are little nuisances here and there we've noticed now that we've been here for one year. Venue recently implemented a new trash service (Valet Waste) that's in addition to the trash room. We learned that it will be a $25 per month fee regardless if you use the service with no option to opt out. The $25/ month is ON TOP of the existing trash charge. It's one of the more expensive apartment complexes in the area. Venue also refuses to negotiate rent increases. The elevators break down once every other month or so, usually they fix those within a week. We live on the lower floor so we can always use the stairs, but I can imagine it being more troublesome to folks living on the higher floors. My keyfob to open the garage gate takes minutes to respond. Venue staff claimed that's how all keyfobs are and didn't want to replace it. The gym machines are always out of order. read more

I've lived here twice back in 2015 and 2016 renting studio. The first one was facing NE where the Casa Verde parking entrance is and that was a morning nightmare. I like to sleep till 10am, but garbage trucks don't care about me, so every Tuesday and Thursday terrible back up beeping has been driving me crazy. So, keep this in mind - the better option would be apartment windows facing yard or private road behind the building. The second studio was facing Tasman drive and that was a little bit better in terms of morning noise, but I could clearly hear passing by cars, especially in winter, when the road is wet. The view from 4th level was great, but Tasman drive is pretty noise in heavy traffic times. So, consider other unit locations if you are looking for quiet place to live. Overall, for me the community was really quiet and well maintained. Never had issues with parcels delivery (Chris Brown was the guy how could memorize all residents, apartment numbers and packages, that have arrived to the residents), nor this parking (lots of space in two-level garage). There were issues with elevator couple times, but I don't care, because I always use stairs. Front gates broke down really frequent, but you always have another exit towards 121 Tasman. What I love the most at this apartment complex is the gym (when all equipment works). This is the hidden gem for bodybuilders, because it has smith machine and barbells! There are only two threadmills, two elleptical and two bikes, but it is okay, since the building is pretty small, compared to nearby apartment complexes. I've noticed, that maintanence requests for fixing treadmillls are handling pretty slow, compared to extra fast apartment repairs. Two times I had an issue with ants marching around my coat-closet and kitchen cabinets. Pest control specialist arrived next day and did his job to kill all insects in my apartment. Sometimes, usually in winter season, you might smell the odor comming from Zanker Landfills, waste facilities and sewage pump station. So, you can experience living in Milpitas being in North San Jose. Do you know the smell of hydrogen sulfide? That is something like this, not really cool to walk around the community in the evening and smell this disgusting odor. This happens, but not really often, usually, when wind blows in SW direction. Just heads up! But anyway, this is a good place to live, since even 1 bedroom apartments are really big and has enough storage spaces. Studios are great as well. There are at least one or two community events every month, which helps to make new neigbour connections. Not sure how things are going now after Chris left this complex. Hopefully, the management is still responsive, friendly and helpful as they were back in 2016! P.S.: 4/5 is because first time at moving-out they've charged me $229.32 for absolutely clean and undamaged studio. The second time the charge was lower - only $127.94, but again, it was neat/clean and the same as I moved in (no carpets in studios). read more

I like it...It's home Awesome Pool ! Close to Windward Pkwy. Theatre Room / Decent gym spin and yoga room. Maintenance and staff are cool.. cool enough to let me waive my moving fee and take my time moving into a bigger unit. Stanley and Mario kick ass and helped me jump a dead battery twice ! Coffee machine started getting abused and they stopped stocking the powdered milk. There was one dude who filled up like 6 or 7 cups every morning! Dove me nuts so I don't blame them. That, and the guy who rode my ass, cut me off and almost got beat up at the mailbox. Those are my only two complaints. read more

This place is very nice at a glance but after several years of living here, there are so many issues that have gone unanswered. *There are less than 300 units here and I realize that no apartment is perfect. Water treatment facility located on 237 and Tasman Very poor cell for half of the entire complex on the backside. AT&T and Verizon in the parking garage and elevators are worthless. Xfinity wifi hotspot router is in the center of the complex, not enough range to service the complex. I was expecting quality for paying almost $3.5k/month in rent. After living in Silicon Valley for over 5 years this seems to be a trend for all corporate apartment complexes. No wonder why the quality of life is so low out here. read more

We've been living here for several years and we really want to like this apartment, but when multiple things start bothering you, it's a good indication that it might be time to move out. For example: 1) Valet trash service - great idea, but causes the entire hallway to smell like garbage. And because Valet trash service is available, they've locked access to the garbage rooms. This means you have nowhere to throw away trash that smells, except leaving it outside. 2) Elevator (Elevator 4 for example) is constantly not working. This means if you buy groceries and decide to use the elevator, you'll need to take the stairs (which is not accessible directly) or you'll need to add about 5-10 min of walking to get to the next elevator. Good luck buying from Costco or moving furniture! 3) Applications / plumbing / air - are obviously getting older and are starting to break down. And as others have mentioned, they're starting to show their age. read more

Review "If you like consistent hot water and halls that don't reek of garbage- this is not the place for you " We lived at the Venue for exactly 8 months when we moved because there was no consistent hot water. Prior to our move in, we read reviews saying this was a problem, but they were from two years prior and we assumed that since management responded to them, it was resolved. We made management aware of our lack of consistent hot water numerous times in the mornings and between 8 and 9 pm. Jen, the manager, whom I never once saw walking the property-promised that a licensed plumber would be there to check the situation at that exact times we noted. A day before, the plumber couldn't make it and a maintenance worker came during a time when we had hot water. I saw a number of hot water heaters being removed throughout our residence and Jen agreed that they had a "defective bunch." When she said there was nothing that could be done because there was hot water when maintenance was there, we informed her that if she did not release us from the lease we would place our rent in escrow. Lastly, the "valet" trash service is a joke. The garbage room is locked and five nights a week, for an additional $25 per month- not able to opt out-everyone leaves their garbage in the hall with the lids open for hours to maybe be collected late at night. The reason-"so residents don't get injured using the trash chute." The result, halls that stink like garbage. Be prepared to pay upwards of 3,000 for living at the Venue for limited hot water and odor. Don't waste your time or money. There are plenty of better residences with hot water. read more

The Venue Apartment community is roughly 300+ units of seemingly upscale apartments, most people, like myself, definitely drawn in by the allure of the beautiful cabanas, pool area, and other amenities. I've lived at Venue for about 26 months and generally have mixed feelings about the complex. On the one hand, it is beautiful and I've met some amazing people who call this home. On the other, the beauty is all superficial, but nothing seems to work. It's a constant obstacle course to get into your apartment with the endless hurdles of broken car-port gates and temperamentally functioning elevators. Not to mention, there is a constant risk factor for living in this community which lends itself to running the risk of getting your bike stolen or having your car broken into--even with their onsite security guard. Setting the above aside, I've got to say that the absolute worst part about living at Venue is definitely the new management staff who had the audacity to send us--while we were on vacation--a "Three Day Notice to Perform Conditions and/or Covenants or QUIT" (basically a pre-eviction notice) for having a Surfboard on the balcony. Don't believe they would do something so silly? See supporting emails/letters in the images. Venue will truly evict you if you have a surfboard,--or like my neighbors 'Christmas lights'--on the street facing balcony. This definitely is a straw that broke the camel's back because they can't maintain the apartments, pool, gym equipment, conference rooms, etc. but they have the gal to try and evict you for a surfboard. Not that I'm mad at the other residents or think they are wrong, but there are 100 other residents with non-balcony related items that visibly cluttered the space and feel of the apartment, and they are still here--what's up Venue?. I've lived at Venue for two years and it's been an overall good experience when Chris and team were managing. The leasing office knew everyone's names, knew if the resident's received a package without asking, and overall cared about the resident's concerns and addressed them promptly. The last few months have been a different story. The elevator is constantly broken (it was last serviced two years ago), the gym equipment is constantly broken (the tv screen has been broken for quite a while), the gates have issues with the exit gate on the Casa Verde side being non-functional for probably a month, and packages being stolen. Anyhow, I could go on, but the point is I get stuff happens but when you're a community that charges more rent than any of the properties in this area, it's frustrating when basic things around safety and cleanliness aren't addressed. The apartments themselves are very nice and fairly spacious but all community space seems to have constant issues. read more

My roommate and I love this complex! The staff do a great job planning and hosting events for all of us, and each staff member is very helpful. Best apartments I have seen so far in North San Jose. I actually live in another nearby and since my lease expires soon, I am considering moving to Venue after I went check the apartment a couple of friends are sharing. They got a 2/2 and was happy to see faux hardwood floors, spacious ambiances, good separations, the super cool kitchen island and big rooms and closets. Security is non-existent - Our cars were broken into this morning (it's going to cost $1000 to fix the door locks) and when we called security we were told that a guard only does one walk through at midnight- yeah I feel secure. My husband's car was also broken into a few months ago. Your packages get stolen because the mail room and amazon locker aren't secure. There is a valet trash service you have to pay for, but sometimes they don't take your trash or the trash room is locked on the days it is supposed to be open. My husband and I recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment at Venue and we are BEYOND happy with our new place and this community. Our apartment was very clean and inviting when we moved in. Much different from what we've experienced in our previous community where we were living for 7 years in two different apartments. During our search for a new place, we toured pretty much every community around the North San Jose area, and Venue stood out the most to us. It is one of the pricier communities, but you really get what you pay for and it's a huge upgrade from other communities that charge the same. The leasing team at Venue were beyond accommodating with all of our needs. Kim and Anu were always on top of our requests and made sure that they always kept in touch with us during the moving process. They are super nice and will do anything to help. Our fridge had a bit of a lingering smell and was making some noises. We have had this issue in our previous community, but they did nothing about it. We informed Kim about our issue and she got maintenance (Domingo and Carlos) on it the same day of our move. Maintenance came immediately and replaced our fridge with a new one. It was really refreshing to see! Carlos especially did a lot of the heavy lifting and was so nice while doing it. We finally feel like we are part of a great community and that our needs are cared for! Thank you Kim, Anu, Carlos and Domingo for everything you've done for us to make this move easy and pleasant. Very unfriendly, stubborn and rude management which doesn't put their common sense together in dealing things. The previous 4 star review is written by the management obviously and the user doesn't have any other reviews. I faced penalties 2 times even after paying rent on time. The stupid reason they say is I had missed to pay utilities. The funny part about this is they add utilities on one day and you are expected to pay utilities the same day. I was charged 200% penalty to the amount left off. There is no way to know what amount of utilities i had to pay until they add. The staff is extremely stubborn and rude and hard to deal with. They have no understanding or empathy to any reasonable issues you face in apartments. There are so many issues like noisy tasman drive all day, Outdated Gym equipment, smelly hallways, locked trash rooms, Slow outdated elevator, frequent burglary issues ( The made 2 attempts in 1 year to break into our house), No security cameras, Website breakdowns etc. You are expected to empathize all their backlogs and adjust. But they show no empathy or understanding if you are at trouble. The price is not any less added to this. I am moving out and not extending my lease here. PROS: -The only positive is the staff, who is pretty friendly. CONS: -ELEVATORS are out constantly out of order- at least one of the four doesn't work on a daily basis; today three of them aren't working and the elevator company apparently can't seem to completely fix the issues. You can only hope for the best if you're moving large furniture or have a disability. -The VENTS don't work properly causing some rooms to get more air/heat than others. The SMELL from the garbage ducts also wafts through he vents, in addition to the nasty sewage smell from the nearby wastewater plan, so opening your windows only helps sometimes. -Speaking of smells, we have to pay for "valet" TRASH service meaning everyone leaves their trash in the hallways causing it to smell like trash when walking the halls. -They've made many of the parking spots on the first floor for electrical vehicles only and have the nerve to ask people if they want to pay for a reserved spot- what a joke! -They raise the rent during renewals although there are so many issues with the property. My fiancé and I lived there with our dog for 2 years and it was the best apartment living experience we have had. Management is very friendly and responsive. They all know you by name and not just an apartment number. Responses to emails were prompt and any issues were dealt with quickly. The only issue we had was with a security deposit when we booked the clubhouse for an engagement party. After the party, I went to go pick up the security deposit check to shred it myself, but it was misplaced. The issue was dealt with and a stop payment was placed on the check and Holly, one of the leasing managers, even took the stop payment fee off the move-out fees. The maintenance team is fantastic. Andrew and Carlos knew I work night shift so whenever a maintenance request or mandatory inspections was needed, they were so great in working around my work schedule. Also, for some reason our name fell off the reservation list when we reserved the clubhouse for our engagement party (I was kind of peeved because you pay money to reserve the area and it looks like it was used the night before and it was dirty. Had I not shown up to start setting up 2 hours earlier I would not have seen it early enough.) Luckily, Carlos was passing through and noticed it was dirty and vacuumed/cleaned just in time for our party. We never had any issues with car break-ins or anyone stealing packages left at our front door. The complex was always clean, the amenities are fantastic, and our guests always loved staying at our place. The only thing that was annoying was when our elevators broke. There was a good stretch of a month or so when at least one of the elevators broke down at least once or twice a day, and it's very annoying when you have to lug groceries to the other side of the complex. The complex is very pet friendly. Our dog loved living there and the staff even knew our dog by name. They have a dog park right next to the property and plenty of grass areas to take your dog on walks! All this comes at a price of course. We loved it there, but couldn't save for a house while paying that rent. If the rent were slightly cheaper, we would have stayed! read more

Lived here more than three years. Even the best apartment experience can be marred by poor unit selection (facing the street noise but don't get any sunlight) or the sudden arrival of selfish and oblivious neighbors nearby. Noise policy starts at 10PM, enforced by the private security. The new manager arrived in January and positive changes have been made. Gym equipment reliability problems were resolved when they replaced the flaky Techno-Gym equipment with new Precor. I haven't used the pool but the clubhouse and TV lounges are nice. The property will not let you store surfboards or non-patio things on outdoor patios. There are storage closets available for a nominal fee throughout the building. The trash rooms are now kept clean and odor-free with the new Valet service. You set your trash bin and recycling outside your door 5 nights a week and pull your empty bin back in the next morning. New neighbors would move in and stuff the trash rooms with cardboard boxes and styrofoam, blocking access and causing others to abandon their trashbags on the floor along with the room-temp IQs that kept stuffing soiled pizza boxes in the recycle chutes, blocking them. A few ruined it for the rest of us, now we have the Valet service for the same cost of having a food order delivered. Deal. There is a company to the north that refurbishes TCL-brand flatscreen TVs for major retailers. Their recycling trucks arrives at 6AM several days a week. Compared to other properties nearby, life is pretty quiet. But, choose your unit carefully. The keyfobs that open the security access gates are coded with unique codes. You have to *hold the button down* for a couple of seconds for the receiver to recognize your unique code. They can disable your individual fob if you lose your keys. These gates don't move quickly when they are activated. If the gate has started closing, don't try to tailgate the vehicle ahead of you and don't expect the optical sensor to see your car and open it back up.. Use your keyfob and the gate will reopen. Utility costs are reasonable in this LEED-certified building. The vinyl window frames are sturdy and keep outside noise down when closed. The GE appliances are actually an improvement over what I had in my house. You have private metering for your utilities and water. And, you're right on the VTA. Airport trip for $2.75. Regretful experience with the leasing! We wanted to withdraw the hold we put on an apartment as we had received the wrong information from a leasing agent, based on which we put a hold on an apt. The hold process costed us 135 USD. Now we come to know the information we got is not true and we wanted to cancel the hold, but they say the deposit will not be returned back. Ridiculous handling of the whole situation, we are expected to now pay for something that is not our fault. Although, Chris tried to help us, the management is rude and inconsiderate to say the least. Now we are left in a limbo whether to move in or not and what actions to take!! Neighborhood is noisy complex, trash pick up on street at 6:30 am and then complex workers bring large trash bins in with loud, screeching wheels at 9:30 pm. Also, complained several times to leasing office about very noisy neighbors, and noise continues. Also, DO NOT speak with Jeanette in Leasing Office. She is very rude and unprofessional. When you ask for assistance or try to explain your concern, she frequently interrupts and talk over you. They also gauge residents with a useless trash pickup/removal service with outside vendor, who fails frequently to actually dispose of trash residents are supposed to leave for them. I received a reprimand warning that I supposedly violated trash disposal policy, and when I contacted the Leasing Office to ask what rule I specifically violated, they were uncooperative with giving any explanation. When you call the office, every response from them appears scripted and ingenuine. Also, lease is up for renewal, and in spite of absolutely no changes or improvements to the apt. unit or complex property, the management has the audacity to increase rent 5% more on renewal. Customer service is substandard,. .even the cockroahes no longer wish to reside here. Definitely not renewing the lease. There are way better properties in the neighborhood, larger apartments for better pricing and offer way more generous move-in concessions. In my opinion, do not rent from Venue Apts. They will essentially take advantage of you and their customer service is substandard. read more

I am a new resident at Venue and had a pretty difficult situation that I'd like to share...(with a happy ending!) We wanted a hardwood unit and assumed all units were hardwood but the unit we signed for was a unit with carpet instead, due to a miscommunication mishap on both parties. (side note: if this is a factor of consideration for you, ask away before you sign to easily save yourself and the leasing office a LOT of trouble!!) It was a situation where if they really wanted to, the office could have just said that's too bad, there's nothing we can do, since this is after we signed and already prepared for move-in. However, I really appreciated the fact that Venue made it a point that their residents should be happy and that Chris, Rebecca, and Kristin (the manager) from the leasing staff all worked very diligently on helping us switch and secure a new unit. Even though it was a long process involving approval from corporate headquarters, they truly went above and beyond in going back and forth with corporate and really working on our behalf to try to get what we wanted. They remained professional and patient in dealing with our anxious inquiries. Now a few words about the apartment itself now that I'm here! - The amenities are amazing - in addition to the standard pool, gym, clubhouse (with pool table), there's also cyber café, BBQ area with firepit, yoga room/dance studio, and conference rooms you can reserve. It has it all! And what I really liked about it compared to other apartments we toured was that it's clean, new, and not overly populated or used, as you may see often in larger complexes. Also I LOVE the modern interior design and look and feel of everything, sort of the concept they have going here. - Plenty of parking - one may think parking should be a basic requirement in an apartment complex but believe me in this area this is actually a luxury. For a 2 BR we got 2 passes with no extra fees, and there is plenty of parking at all hours. - Overall it is just always pretty quiet, which is a great thing! I think this has to do with the residents how they are respectful and maybe how people are spread out throughout the units? Whatever the reason is, I love that aspect of a home. At the same time there's food trucks that come by and some restaurants (and a bar right next door, I believe) nearby if you want to go out. It's a corporate neighborhood so there's a plethora of places to eat from. - There are various layouts and great options even amongst the 1 BR, 2BR, etc breakdown so make sure to ask! For example we are in the B3 layout which has a beautiful bathroom. - The pricing fluctuates so definitely be on the lookout for any deals or dips in pricing if you want to take advantage! I have not been here for that long so obviously I do not have great insight yet but these are my impressions for now! read more

I've lived here for 3 months now, the complex and amenities are beautiful, I love my apartment.....but the elevators and garage doors are ALWAYS broken and it takes weeks before anything gets fixed, only to be broken again. The security company they use could be doing a better job as well. For the amount of money we pay to live here, us residents should have a more secure community with around the clock guards on duty. Other than that, I have really enjoyed living at Venue. read more

I first visited Venue Apartments a little over a year ago when a friend of ours moved in. We really loved the place and were considering movin out of our rental condo in Palo Alto to get away from the OUTRAGEOUS pricing for a 60 year old, no frills condo. For the next year, while we searched, we kept comparing everything to Venue. The only thing holding us back was the location/commute. Traffic on 237 can be not so good. Well we finally realized that since we've been comparing everything to Venue, we should go back and give it a second look. We've been living here for the last five months now and we are SO happy we made the move. The residents match our lifestyle, the staff is very attentive and friendly (we know almost everyone by first name!). Oh, and did I mention the amenities are tremendous. Our friends often comment that we live at a luxury hotel. Can't say enough good things. Love it here. Only draw back, we should done it sooner! read more

Cons: Hot tub and pool heater broke and wasn't fixed for months during the colder months. TVs in the common room break and then you can't use them for weeks. Parking garage is gated, but car break-ins still occur even though they have a security guard. The elevators are constantly malfunctioning or out of order. HVAC & water heater in the units break and then cause massive spikes in PG&E bills that the residents are responsible for paying. Building across the street always has its fire alarm going off at random hours. Pros: Maintenance staff are great -- the issues listed above are not their fault, but rather the fault of the building management. Leasing office staff are very friendly and do their best to support with requests from residents. read more

I'm a current resident in this complex. Coming from a much bigger and more organized complex i will share a few points as comparison to my old place. The interior design is superb. If you are looking for brand new apartments with beautiful design, this is the one in San Jose area. I've checked all other places, I'd give venue a 5 star for design. The maintenance guys are great and very responsible. but the only possible issue is because it is a small community, there are only one or two guys, you will need to wait in line on a busy day. For someone needs the job get down fast, this is not an ideal place. They are not doing very good for Package pick ups. most times there will be no notice in email or via phone even i subscribed for notification. One time I have three packages in a week, only received one notice in the email. Every morning the noise of the car for trash cleaning service gets on my nerve. I wish they could come for another time when everyone's off to work not early in the morning. We have monthly community events which is nice for such a small community. And people work in office are all friendly and helpful. This is definitely worth moving in for. In general this is a wonderful community. read more

Great customer service by Naomi ! Great new layouts & good amenities. It's a small community & affordable price range. Few parts of the building is still under construction as per the staff & will be ready by January 2015. Would like to see few more amenities like tennis court though. They have move-in special of 6 weeks free stay which is a great added incentive too. A good option around Cisco in north San Jose. VTA commute is just across the street. A good option to consider if you are looking for a newly built move in ready apartments. read more

I know my review probably won't make any differences but sigh....this place is sad. One of the elevators have been down for 2 months and counting. Other 2 elevators have been down here and there. At one point ALL elevators were down. Garage door is broken again and of course it can be down for 1-2 months....I honestly just don't think the management team here cares about people who live here. They don't let you know when they will fix the elevator and the garage door. They just let them be out of order (not a big deal attitude). Most emails you get from Venue is our office is closed this day this day and that day, our office will close early due to under staff, we are going to fine you due to valet trash violation, we are not going to keep your package (good luck! You know this place is not safe but there's nothing we can do, well you can move out!). Save your money find somewhere else to live.... read more
