I have been coming here for the past four months. My sister in law had recommended this place. Her eyebrows always look amazing! I finally remembered to do a review today. I have thee bushiest eyebrows. Don't get me wrong, I am thankful for full brows! Sometimes it's a bit much to keep up with. When I started coming here I had a spot that was over threaded on one of my eyebrows by another place. The lady here has been helping me grow it back to keep my eyebrows even. The first time I came, they were packed. What I appreciated the most was that even though there were a lot of people before me and after me, they intentionally took their time to make sure my eyebrows were done correctly and not in a rush. They are always friendly and the place is always clean and sanitized. They have a punch card you get the first time you go. They will punch it for you every visit. When you reach the 8th mark on your card you get a free eyebrow service. The cost is $13 for eyebrows. I usually leave a tip because I appreciate them! The owner is friendly, meticulous and up to the standard I've come to expect in L.A. and O.C. but can't find here. She threads wet with aloe if you're really sensitive. Went in there because it has good reviews, I went in there and there was no customers, asked to get my eyebrows done, sat, 3 minutes later, I was done, brows and upper lip (mustache). I wasn't happy but, what are they gonna do? Glue my eye brows back? I wish. No love for customers at all. That place is there just for your money, not to make your eye brows look better.‍ read more

This was my first time going to New style. The lady did an ok job on my brows, but she rubbed some like aloe Vera type substance on my eyebrows and they instantly burned. Then when I get to the register, I see a lengthy hand written sign basically saying if you experience tiny "cuts" on your eyebrows it is your own fault due to the way you held the skin around your eyebrows. I have had my eyebrows threaded for years, by a few different people and have NEVER experienced these cuts. They hurt for days. That just shows me they take no accountability and I clearly was not the first person to experience this here. It's unfortunate because the lady did do an OK job, just not worth the days of pain afterward. read more

Bobby the owner is freaking amazing. I was nervous as it was my first time but she made me feel very comfortable and proved it right that I was only thinking too much in my head. Oh my gosh! I've been eying this place for a while as I do my grocery shopping across the parking lot quite often but because of Yelp having taken away the other reviews, I wasn't so sure. I explained this to the owners and she told me how Yelp had asked her to pay a fee she could not afford. Shame on you Yelp. She was sweet, fast, and did an incredible good! She has a good hand for threading and made it the most painless threading I've ever had. Precise and never made me feel judged. To finish off the service, she then handed me a card which every time you come and get a service done, you can get a free eyebrow waxing after 7 visits. This is awesome!
