Feels like a spa experience! Yui is the owner and was the one who did my manicure and pedicure. The prices are higher than other nail salons I've gone too, but this place definitely has better customer service and massages on your hands, arms, feet and legs! So relaxing! I was due for another nail salon visit since visiting K&Q Nail Bar in January. I wasn't really happy with their lack of service and high prices, so I sought out another salon. I found W Nail Salon -- though the salon is "newer" here in Utah (Yui, the owner, used to have an established nail salon in San Diego), their reviews (a lot of them are on Google) are great. I called the salon, and Yui, the owner answered. I let her know I was hoping to get a mani/pedi done within the next day or so, and she promptly texted me the price list. I chose to do a gel manicure + classic pedicure the next weekday afternoon. I only live about 10mins away, but am newer to the area. Unfortunately there was at least two main streets my GPS directed through that were closed due to construction, and I had to get creative and find my own way around. It felt like it took forever, but I texted Yui, and she gave me some tips. I finally made it and wasn't too late for my appt. I was greeted by Yui and the others in the salon as soon as I walked in, and I immediately felt comfortable. I really liked the salon vibe. It's super clean, and everything is well-organized. I REALLY liked the color selection as well. Yui gave me her color and brand recommendations which no one has really done for me before -- I ended up taking her advice and liking the outcome a lot! Yui directed me to the pedicure tubs, gave me bottled water, guava juice and offered me some sweets which was an awesome touch. What hospitality! Yui was the only person who worked on my hands and feet, and I really loved how she took her time, making sure every detail was right. She is also very gentle and took care not to tickle me too much and used a cool dremel took to trim my cuticles. We talked quite a bit about cooking, travel and the like. It was a really nice time, and she gave me excellent massages. On top of it all, she gave me a bunch of hot egg rolls to take home (you can see in the pic I couldn't wait to munch on some on the way home, and they were good!) The pricing was actually $10 or so less than what I paid at K&Q (for practically the same services), but the service here was way better by far -- plus it's been over a week, and my polish is pretty much all still in tact. K&Q was chipping within days. I will definitely be returning here and hope to sit with Yui again! She is such a fun, sweet person, and I really enjoyed getting to know her!

I have been to a few locations to get pedicures throughout Utah County. I find the consistency and detail that W Nail Salon provides to be excellent. The nail tech was extremely nice and provided good customer service. That is where things go left. She said she did gel nails but it was clear that this was not the case. It was not smooth and bumpy. I figured I would give her the benefit of doubt. I had to have my nails redone. Just not a good job. read more

Oh maaan, I was treated with so much respect and love. Truly appreciated the owner and also Carleen my nail tech who was just fabulous at making fun conversation. I went with a cat eye style, full set and I'm super satisfied. My husband waited while I was getting my nails done and the owner was so sweet, she kept changing up on him and making conversation with him; I was super happy here. I was so excited when I found W Nail Salon since it is close by in AF and it's a local business! When I went in everyone was very nice and the owner came to greet me! It is such a fun vibe in the salon so I really wanted to love the experience! However, my service was extremely below the standard of quality. I had an appointment for a fill with no reshaping that took almost 2 and a half hours! My nails were thick, bumpy, and rough around the edges! After one week of normal use, two of my nails have already lifted when normally I can last at least 3 weeks on a fill. I sadly would not recommend W Nail Salon for acrylic nail girlies!! read more

Wowowow!!! I have never left a review in my entire life but I had the best experience at this salon and I have to brag about this place. The owner Yui did my pedicure and she was amazing! My nails have never looked better and she was sooooo sweet and kind. At other salons the technicians have always felt rushed but here they took their time and the service was incredible. Went to this location due to the reviews. Clean and very nice service. I went for a full acrylic set. The tech was extremely slow and it took well over 90 minutes. The selection of colors was pretty small and she used two different colors of tips which made the sparkle nail polish look a little different on those nails. My nails looked okay at first but after I looked closer the acrylic was really wide compared to my nails, tall ridges at the cuticle, two were so bumpy I had to file them down and in less than 10 days I had two lifting with normal use. The most frustrating part is that I felt like their pricing sheet wasn't very clear and my simple acrylic set was $70! Plus my daughter's very simple manicure was $45. Craziness! Very nice people - not good results for the price. read more

This was my first time going to this mail salon, I just found it online because it was close to where I live. I needed a nail fixed and a nail fill. I usually go up in Salt Lake but my nail lady was not available at this time. So I went to the salon and I had Jo do my nails.I think she did a great job and took extra care on my nails and my nails look great. The color was put on just perfect. I am so surprised to see the ratings on this salon. Their service is extremely unprofessional and bad. My sister in law booked this place before my wedding, and they made me cry. The service was so horrible. The technician doing my nails refused do a design I wanted, made me wait 2 hours before she came back to me and was extremely rude. They gave me a refund for the horrible job they did on my nails, but after seeing the ratings my blood is boiling. I would never want anyone to go through what I did. A beautiful memory ruined for life. read more

This place is way to expensive for their services. They are ridiculous. I recently went there with a friend and I paid $150 for a REGULAR mani and pedi for the both of us. We used REGULAR nail polish. My friend's polish came completely off less than 24 hours. No contact with water. The mani I came out to was horrendous. I was embarrassed to show anyone. They had streaks on every nail. All in all, bad paint job. A child can do way better. Update your pricing a for regular polish. It should not be more than $20 for a regular manicure with regular polish. Never coming back here again. read more

It was a lovely, relaxing time in an impeccably clean environment. Yui was so welcoming, and the other staff were friendly. It was my first "outing" since the Covid-19 restrictions, and everyone there wore masks. The salon was light, quiet and comfortable. My roommate took me here for a birthday pedicure, and it was THE BEST pedi I've ever had! The owner and all the techs we met were personable and did excellent work, and the price was more than reasonable for the quality of the service. I've been coming so long they all know my name and make me feel so welcome! Today when I came the whole place was empty (except for the staff) which is crazy because they are always busy! (It's spring break) and I got such special treatment! I also got to watch the staff work together to clean each nail polish, keeping them fresh and ready for future clients! It is really cool to see how much care and love they have for their space!! I also got to hold Jojo while I got my pedicure today! Puppy and pedicures?! I mean that's the best therapy out there!! I also want to mention how much detail they put into their presentation!! Every try is unique and so beautiful! They also are better priced than any other place I've been for what you get! I can't recommend this place enough!!

My daughter got a…read moreterrible cut on her thumb from the man worked on her, his wife had her and I switch places, then was my turn to get a cut on my finger. I will not go back to that nail salon, only one who walked out of that salon unscathed was my seven-year-old granddaughter, because we did not allow them to do any filing on her.

The BEST nail salon I have ever been to! I see Hailey once a month, she is so kind and extremely talented with nail art. I am a nurse and my feet always hurt so Hailey goes over and beyond and gives the best massages and pedicures! Yui the owner is so amazing and greets you right when you walk in and it is truly a luxurious experience! I love this place so much and would recommend it to anyone! I can't say enough good things about W Nail Salon! My husband surprised my 3 year old and myself with pedicures for Mother's Day and we are so glad he chose W! They were so accommodating, extremely kind and so helpful with my little girl and myself! They even give you fresh juice and chocolate covered strawberries! It's a smaller salon which I love! Feels so much more personable and so incredibly clean! Only place we will be going to from now on! read more
