So I finally had my car at mechanic today and I was ready to go to the salon with my husband's car tomorrow, I tried to make an appt and I couldn't... basically i found out I'm " banned" for life from that place I've never been to just because I dared to cancel the appt on their website! Look at their reply to me( at the print screen pic)..it's almost laughable..so absurd. So noup. Not professional, their reply to me was a bit absurd...specially because they do offer the cancelation online!!!!no I don't get it and I don't understand how a business refuse to provide service to someone just because they canceled on the previous day due to emergency even though I explained to them... OH well.. NOT MY LOSS...I'll be spending my money at another salon tomorrow where they can treat me fairly. This clearly has 0 customer service skills.

My hands stiffen very easily on their own, and most of the time I can't feel when it happens. When this has occurred in other nail salons, those nail techs communicated with me professionally, asking me to relax my hands with a kind tone. But the guy here at Luxury Nails 2 (I don't recall his name) was rude about it, and needs to take a course on customer service. Also, the pedicure I received from another technician was poorly done. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them she took her time on each nail making sure it's the right length and that it was straight, she was so kind through the whole thing and didn't hurt my hand at all! My hands are super sensitive and I sometimes bite at the skin around it, she was the first nail tech I have ever had that hadn't hurt my hand not once! She said what she was doing and made sure everything looked good before she set it and I had brought in some nail charms she put them on without any question, told me what to do if they fell off, I've never been happier with my nails!
