Fine.. frustrated but whatever.. and then there was one nail that was completely crooked and I asked him to fix it and he said it was from when the nail went on, and he was not willing to help me, ironically , it wasn't like that when I went in. I was trying to explain to him, what I would like him to do and he proceeded to grab my hand, squeezing it very hard, tried to shove my hand into the light device they use after they put nail polish on. I have rather full brows. they're my key defining feature. i waiting awhile to get my brows done (15 minutes plus) and when i went in i think the receptionist was doing them. we were talking about my eyebrows then she said "oh yes, very full. like those indian girls" are you serious??? not only did she make a gross comment, but she proceeded to mess my eyebrows up. look at my brows! the middle section is horribly uneven and it looks like i have one eyebrow up. one is arched while the other is not. will never be returning, and i think it's absurd i had to pay for this. read more

The staff was very friendly and the stations were clean. We had about a 20 minute wait for a walk in for 3, not too bad at all. The chair vibrations were alright, could be a bit stronger. My pedicure worker was soft and gentle with my ticklish feet. I got the #3 with wax, hot rocks, and honey massage. Service was great overall. One odd thing, they started me off first and then one of the ladies with me once I was about 75% finished, but they didn't start the third person in our group until I and my wife were complete. No to the Dip powder...horrible and subpar service! On 7/5/22, I got a manicure and pedicure at Venus Nails and Spa. I opted for dip powder for my fingernails because I can't stand chipped polish. Bad mistake! On 7/10/22, while washing dishes, three of my dip powdered nails popped off like they were press-on nails. I've been getting dip powder for a few years and I know that it's usually an arduous process to take off so imagine my surprise when mine just popped off! I went back to the shop, with nails in hand, to show them what had happened. They laughed and asked for my receipt. I showed proof and was told that the women who did my nails was not there and another person reapplied a new application of the dip powder. She checked the other nails and noticed another one was loose and peeled it off. I'm blown away at this point! I told her that the last remaining nail was loose as well and she told me to come back once it fell off. What?! I'm so mortified at this point and just want my money back but no chance. I'm not making another trip. Five days and the dip powder is popping off which totally defeats the purpose of getting dip powder. I tried to avoid having chipped polish but instead paid over double the price to get subpar service. I went back and asked for the manager, who has horrible customer service. He tried to tell me that they didn't know what I did to make the nail dip pop off. Are you kidding me?! I explained to him that I was washing dishes and he told me that could have done it. I guess I wasn't supposed to take a bath either, huh? He should have just apologized, corrected my nails without all the lame excuses and offered additional training to the tech who originally did my nails. Just say no to the dip powder. read more

I just wanted to leave because she made me uncomfortable. When i got home i realize the nails were uneven and the shape was just bad. I went back for a refund and they said they couldn't refund me but gave me the tip back at least. They tried to offer to fix my nails but i already went to someone else. I heard Lucas and tony do great nails. I don't think it's a bad salon i think i just got a bad nail tech. Greeted by an angry and aggressive man- "Why are you here?". We explained we had an appt and he waved his hand rudely dismissing us! 20 min later the guy comes over and asks us again. I explain that I called a week ago to make appts for all 4 of us and the name of the two techs. He says go and sit - then comes and says you cant have the technicians you requested. You didn't tell us that you had a reservation with them when you came in. INSANE! Worst service, Worst pedicures (paint all over our toes). One person in the party was cut by the clippers. My toes and nails were BUTCHERED! Massage was adequate and thats putting it Nicely. Terrible selection of nail polish colors- they want you to use gel (which makes toe nails brittle). Dirty utensils and those chairs NEED TO BE REPLACED!! It was like sitting in a hole with a rid running up and down my back. I ended up shutting of the so called massage. Just not a good experience.
