I have been going here for a few months now every 2 weeks. I always get in promptly and have super nice techs. They do want to push upgrades but if you say no, they do not keep on and on. They are in the service industry so of course they want you to have the highest priced experience. I like that they have an abundance of techs and get me in timely. I get gel. Yes, it is more expensive but I don't have to sit under a dryer for 30+ minutes, so it is worth the extra charge to free up my time. My nails and polish stays on well. I always make sure to tell them to make sure I don't have any rough edges. read more

My daughter went here the other day to have her polish removed. Instead of soaking them off, they literally broke them off leaving her nails damaged. Not to mention the amount of pain that they put her through because they wanted to rush her through to get to the next customer. read more

Went Friday for dip nails and it was okay. Came back Wednesday for a pedicure and will never go back. Very pushy for other services like an upgraded pedicure, gel polish. The tech was on the phone for half of my pedicure, talking to another coworker sitting next to her the other half. She cut 6 of my toes and tried to ignore the fact they were bleeding. I needed a pedicure, Venus Salon was the closest to my house, so I went there. I was offered a seat, and began to soak my feet. I had pointed to the menu, asking for the no frills pedicure. The tech began the work, and I scrolled through my phone. When she was done, I went to the counter, expecting to pay $30 plus a tip. But nooooo! I was charged $75. Apparently the tech used higher priced products and services. I paid the price asked for and left. I will NEVER go back to this salon. read more

Poor quality work. Manicurist cut cuticle on my big toe. She was rough, talked on her iPhone incessantly just about the entire pedicure/manicure. When I called to complain to the owner, she refused to refund my money. Obviously she doesn't comprehend how damaging a negative review can be to your business. I have had a very poor experience at Venus Nail salon. I had gotten my eyebrows waxed and the technician had made my eyebrows super uneven and unruly. I would not recommend this business for waxing at all. read more

I was hesitant in trying this place based off the reviews, but glad I did! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and was in a chair within 5 minutes. I had a manicure, pedicure, & eyebrow wax which were all average priced. I decided to skip the ultimate pedicures, and did one of the aroma therapy pedicure. It's worth the couple extra dollars! She didn't skimp with any product & took her time massaging my feet & legs. My nails look great, and my eyebrows are perfectly shaped again. i dont recommend this place. they seemed like they were in a hurry, so much so that my nails look like this. the woman doing my nails cut me twice. they also don't fix all of the glue/dip powder dripping underneath your nail. i asked her to fix it and she said it's fine. the shape is crooked on my thumb. they didnt oil or lotion my hands afterwards. my nail beds are so damaged and dry from this manicure. they didn't give me an itemized receipt either, so i feel like i was overcharged. really bad experience. read more

I have enjoyed all my visits & work with Tina & her staff for many years. I have no idea why some people have the need to make such hateful comments. When I look at her reviews, some people just need to be unhappy & angry with nearly any service provider unfortunately. Venus does great work & are the best in town for dipped nails, this know from experiences elsewhere. read more

The owner is rude. They do poor quality work. A good pedi can't be done in 15 minutes. Bad customer service. Long wait.

DON'T GO HERE! TERRIBLE job. I had gel polish removed from my toes, and a basic mani/pedi. The pedi included NO exfoliation of the callouses on my toes, leg or foot massage, and (as pictured) my cuticles were not removed properly and the polish doesn't come anywhere close to my cuticles. I was just as displeased with my manicure. I had to push back my own cuticles after I got in the car. My nail tech was obviously undertrained or incompetent, but it certainly shouldn't have cost me $45. read more

I came in to relax and actually left with anxiety, they don't have enough workers and juggle clients. I purchased a very expensive pedicure and had several steps skipped. Also the polish looked awful, I do nails myself and know the difference. There had to of been at least 15 customers in chairs and only 4 or 5 workers. What a mess read more

Horrible service! The workers never smiled or spoke while doing our Pedi's and Mani's. Very unfriendly. An 8 year old could have done a better job on the pedicure and manicure we received! Very sloppy!! Definitely NOT worth what you pay!!! read more

I walked in with long healthy nails. All I wanted was a gel manicure. I walked out with crooked nails cut too short and the gel paint is uneven and bubbled. It is NOT worth the money and I will not be returning. I should have saved my money and done it at home. read more
