Their new location is even nicer, with high-end kitchen appliances, as well. We were only there to purchase a ceiling light. And, even though, they were about to close, Jordan was very patient and showed us a variety of light fixtures and answered all of our questions - he even answered some questions we had about our kitchen appliances that we purchased elsewhere! We ended up getting a light fixture that day but it had issues after it was delivered. Jordan worked with us to get the issue resolved and we're very happy with his level of service. I made a few calls, and settled on Matt and his company. At first, pricing for this sort of system surprised me, but once I saw how much work is involved, the artistry of deciding which type of light to place where (even sinking one light into my yard for maximum WOW factor lighting up my Cypress trees), the attention to detail and complexity of running (and completely hiding) all wiring, I was thrilled to pay the price. This has TRANSFORMED my home from 'meh' to 'wowie zowie'! My exterior just pops the second the AUTOMATED SYSTEM automatically lights up as soon as the sun begins to set. And of course, I can easily control them from my phone! It's been two years since install, and I love it everyday. Then, I experienced an electrical issue NOT related to the lighting system, but that affected it. Matt came by, diagnosed the issue, spent an hour replacing an electrical box, and voila, all is well again. We used Best Pro Painting after we had new flooring installed. Not only did they do a terrific job…read morewith the painting, but we had some tricky areas where the new flooring exposed gaps and issues with the current woodwork. They were able to tackle all of this without issue. Their team arrived on time like clockwork, consistently followed up to ask if everything was OK, and went over everything. We could not have been happier with the end results. The biggest transformation was our bonus room, where they created a new, darker stain for the bookcase and ceiling beams, and then painted the wood-paneled walls. Communication and quote started out great with Dane but the workmanship was lazy and as you can see in the photo did not last at all. I am assuming they only put 2 coats of finish on and didn't prep correctly since all of the finish has already released after only 4 short months. When his team was "complete" I could tell they did not do the job I expected. I asked them to come back out and place one more coat on....which they did but didn't make much difference. I have since refinished myself after spending over $2k for their crappy work. It looks great now.....after a real complete strip and 4 coats of the finish I originally asked for. My advice is do it yourself or go elsewhere.

I scheduled the painting and Nacho and his helper were right on time. They came all week and did all the prep work and took the cabinet doors to the shop. They did an excellent job and I was impressed with how smoothly it went. I love the way it turned out. It is beautiful and the quality is awesome. Compared to the other bids I receive it was an excellent value. I have already referred 3 friends to John's and I would use them again for any painting need I may have.
