The service here has been poor. I bought a pair of glasses from them, within 3 months a screw fell out and wouldn't go back in as it was a frame defect. I asked for a new pair and instead was told it would be sent for repair and it had been over 2 months and still didn't get them back ("they are coming next week" was the oft refrain). So they offered a new brand given this experience and said they would rush them. Picked a new pair, said they would be rushed to be done in 10 days. That was over 3 weeks ago. Still nothing and no idea when coming. The most recent promised date was last Friday. The old pair now has actually showed up so am left with the option to pick them up and hope they stay in tact given the 3mos repair cycle they offer. Furthermore, it is actually relatively frequent that if you stop by this location they only have one person working who will close the store for 15-30min and it will not be open during their advertised hours. So you need a bit of luck to show up there during business hours and have someone actually be there. read more

Do you know Ryan, the owner of Veo Optics? I was lucky enough to have met him a while ago and he's a rare retail owner because he cares about your eyewear AND also that you are satisfied with the way your were treated at his store. It's really hard these days to meet someone who has the integrity to genuinely care if you are satisfied with the product you've bought at their store. His inventory works well for me because there's quite a variety of well designed frames in interesting color/color combinations. I remembered Ryan because he is an interesting person to talk with making the whole eye glass experience enjoyable. For me that's important because buying eyewear is a stressful experience. After thousands of dollars wasted over the years he showed me what he looks at for the frame to face ratio. We both picked frames for me and he won hands down. Ryan and the team at Veo Optics are outstanding. I bought two pairs of glasses several years ago and got amazing help finding the right pair, fitting and getting the prescription lenses right. I was impressed and the Jonestown frames quickly became my favorite/daily glasses. But fast forward to two weeks ago and while cleaning my lenses the Jonestown frames snapped in half. I brought them back into Veo and unfortunately they were out of warranty. However, Ryan stepped up and got me new frames and lenses. Ryan charged me nothing. I couldn't believe it. Not only was it one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, but also fundamentally generous and kind. Ryan did not have to do this and that is why it's so wonderful that he did.
