At some point he must have gotten bored with us and went inside the dealership. We came back several days later to do a test drive and asked for him by name (our mistake) at the front desk. It took a very long time for him to show up, then he didn't bring the car in the trim level we requested. I drove it anyhow. He was on his phone in the back seat much of the time as I drove. When we returned, I asked him for a list of that vehicle in the trim level I want that are on the way to the dealership. He said he'd get that, then disappeared inside the building while we waited outside... and waited... and waited. We went back inside and saw him walking around, again on his phone. At that point, we decided to leave. Another thing worth mentioning: he seemed fixated on selling us a loaner, even though we made it clear we didn't want one. No customer wants to feel invisible and unheard. While this dealership is within 10 miles of our home and we've bought one vehicle there, you can be sure we never will again. And while the GM of the dealership commented here, he failed to respond to my email.

But most importantly, Ben was kind enough to wait for us to get to the lot rather than selling it to the two other buyers who arrived before us. Wow! I didn't know used car buying was a competitive sport, but it IS! Ben waited for us because we had already paid for an inspection and he wanted to give us right of first refusal. I really appreciated that. This car has a few dings and scratches--typical of an 11 year old vehicle, but mechanically it's great! It handles great, everything works....no complaints at all. The first time, they couldn't find my warranty because I had purchased the car at Round Rock Honda instead of Leander Honda. They gave me issues with it over and over again. The second time I came here was fine. The third time, there was an issue where they left me without my keys and ignored me for a long time. Now, this visit is yet another service issue. I have an extended warranty that includes tire coverage and more. I came in the other day to get my oil changed and waited for two and a half hours, which was fine because I expected that. However, about 10 minutes after I left, my tire pressure light came on. I stopped to get gas, and it turned off shortly after, so I assumed it was nothing. The next day, it came back on and stayed on. I called them, and they told me I could come in anytime without an appointment. They said they would fix it, check all the tires, and that it would be a quick process. When I arrived, the staff member told me I would be there for a while, which is ridiculous considering I had already waited two and a half hours the other day and now have to wait again. I don't think it would bother me as much if this were the first issue I've had with them, but since it's clearly not, I'm very upset. I will not be returning here, and I will never purchase a car from Leander Honda. I will be going to Round Rock from now on, even though it's farther away, because the service is much better, the people are much nicer, and they don't waste your time.

You have to get out of your car and walk inside the building to check in. No biggie. Unlike Toyota Cedar Park and Yost II Automotive, William A. did not require me to bring my car in every 5k miles for a synthetic oil change. He said it would be closer to 7500 miles when the A or B light comes on. One is for oil and the other is for oil and cabin filter. He also said the "1" light is for tire rotation. I'm happy to have found a Honda dealership with integrity!

We are at 6 months of owning the vehicle and it had completely died on us. So what this dealership does is take majority junkers and cover the problems and hand them off. i Side this 6 months we have dropped a little over 5k out of pocket on this vehicle. we paid 25k for it. By the time the truck is paid off at this rate, this vehicle will have been purchased for as much as a brand new truck. Please don't go here. Way to big of a gamble.
