After an extremely smooth text system and way of communicating, they went radio silence. I reached out after about 10 days of silence to check on my bid, they texted back to let me know they would call me the following day. When they called they informed me their people were headed out of town for winter. I asked when they returned if they would be able to schedule me. And they told me no they had other projects. I don't mind my business being turned down. I do mind being ghosted when time was of the essence. Feedback for the company: more communication is better than none. Especially when turning down a job. Had I know there might be issues with getting the work done, I would have headed a different direction sooner. This review is only for the communication prior to any work being done.
