But the first thing I needed done was a sprinkler repair. What I really noticed right away was the professional communication and punctuality of this company. They use systems to help them keep track of things and communicate with you and when they say they're going to be there, they show up. Now that lawn mowing season has started it just took a few minutes to go over my preferences for the service with them, including edging and cleanup, and off they went. Josiel was quick to let me know that after the first mowing, there would be individuals who did not have English as a first language. I could really care less about that. What I care about is the job that they do. So far, I have been exceptionally satisfied and I assume that's going to continue. By the way, the reason I started this quest was I was using a different company last summer, and with all the ICE raids that went on, the non English speaking people left the company. They were replaced by a bunch of Americans that for the life of them they could not mow a straight line or edge a straight line. I would have tall grass in between the cut rows that I would have to go out and cut after the fact. Now this may sound racist but I do think that the Hispanic workers that I have had doing work on my property have done far better work than anyone else that I've hired. I saw a recent rant on here on Yelp, reviewing this company, and the individual had very little to say about the work that was done other than they didn't speak English. Like I said, I could care less what language they speak if they do a great job. I strongly encourage you to consider this company for your lawn care and Landscaping needs.

After meeting with Ron, we had a vision for our yard far beyond what we could have imagined...and we love it. We turned our basic new-construction yard into a gorgeous, park-like oasis. David and his team are truly top-notch. They showed up everyday, worked hard everyday, their attention to detail is readily apparent...and they are true craftsman. Not only that, they took time at the end of every day to clean and sweep the work zone in front of the house to minimize the impact on our neighbors. I had requested another company's quote and just got a better detailed description of what all they planned or thought was needed to do (and why) than the other company, so I went with Treasure Tree & Landscape.

Based on our input he drew up a "low maintenance" plan that we approved. The following Spring, the entire front yard was re-landscaped. New trees and shrubbery were added. Upgrades were made to the irrigation system. They also subcontracted with a concrete curbing firm that provided edge enhancements for the planted areas. Thad helped us pick out slate to accent different areas of the yard. In the backyard, they upgraded the irrigation system, planted shrubbery and had curbing installed. The landscaping received rave reviews by the neighbors. Misty, from Sterling, has led a team out every Spring to clean up, prune and prepare the yard for Spring and Summer. In this time they were not responsive or kind on the phone at all, they had never met us so who knows. Flash forward to January we get a call saying they werent paid for the sprinkler blow out, I check all my accounts and they were not paid, but a male employee took my credit card info over the phone in october, and I never heard from them again. Obviously the charge was never sent through. I never received a bill in the mail (although she says shes sending one now, January 2023). But has proceded to treat me with RUDE and unprofessional behavior, for reasons unknown to me. My mail box was full and she went KAREN on me about it. I am not sure who is in charge of your billing system, but please send bills out immediately if they are not paid instead of harassing and berating your customers. Honest mistakes happen, if a bill wasn't paid, that is YOUR responsibility to follow up with it with written documentation, not phone calls demanding payment without context. Please look into this individual, if you are the owner then SHAME ON YOU. I would NEVER recommend this OVERPRICED shotty service. Just called to speak with Dan King, the office assistant sent me to his voicemail and said he probably wont be around for a couple of weeks because he is doing training. This is an unprofessional, unskilled, inconsistent and unpredictable company. The owner/operator is not honest and does not stick to written agreements. He does whatever he wants, regardless of what you agree to or what he tells you he will do. The work done onsite is subpar. They have damaged our landscaping by improperly cutting coniferous and deciduous trees. They have charged us for services they don't provide. They've dumped lawn clipping in individual homeowner's personal trash cans. They ignore broken sprinklers and change our watering timers without permission. We've paid a lot in water because of that. I could go on, but I think you get the basic idea. I recommend you avoid this company if you want acceptable service, never mind good or great. We had to learn the hard way. The two young men operating the string trimmers were completely inexperienced and--to make matters worse--got me into trouble with my neighbor: the edging in the front yard was terrible, and they left bare patches everywhere, especially along the strip between the sidewalk and the property line. The trimming and edging in the backyard were just as poor and incomplete. As for the mowing, they rushed through it so quickly that they left uncut areas. The second visit was even worse than the first. I had simply asked them to mow and edge the backyard, and I told Jacob (the owner) that I would pay the full service price. My neighbor was keeping a close eye on them, and I wanted to avoid any confrontation. They took less than four minutes to do the work in the backyard; upon inspection, I saw it was a disaster: they didn't touch the edges around the house, the fence, or the curved areas, and they mowed so fast that they left uncut patches. As my neighbor told me: buying fancy equipment--string trimmers, edgers, and blowers--doesn't make you a professional landscaper; doing a good job requires dedication and attention to detail, as well as hiring experienced employees or training them to perform satisfactory work. I paid for the full service thinking the owner, Jacob, wouldn't cash the check given the unprofessional nature of the work, but they cashed it anyway. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their work and the damage caused to my neighbor's lawn, but the owner didn't have the "decency or professionalism" to offer a discount or waive the fee for such poor service and executing the job. Their professional standards are lacking, and the business he runs leaves much to be desired.
