This place is all-class, and hands-down the best massage place/spa I have ever been to. We come to Canmore, yearly, for our girls golf trip. We were so impressed last year with Trevor and Gene that we knew we had to return to see them again. Thankfully, both of them were still there, which should tell you enough about a quality establishment like this. Their unique technique, and the immediate attention and care that I receive here, are the best I've ever experienced when getting a massage, and I am truly impressed with this place. This past Sunday, I needed a manicure and pedicure and wanted to try something different so I contacted Verde Day Spa via email. I quickly received a return e mail from the receptionist, Erica, who was pleased to meet my request at a time that worked for me. She was very friendly and made me feel special about my request and her desire to fulfill it. When I arrived at the spa, I was greeted by Erica and my aesthetician, Emma, who again, made me feel welcome and special. Emma was very skilled and particular about the manicure and pedicure, yet it was completed within 75 minutes. I could not have been more pleased with the spa (quiet and serene), the customer service and the quality of the manicure and pedicure. The spa is conveniently located in downtown Canmore. There is new ownership and the local patronage is increasing. If you are a local, there is a discount for locals. It is ideal for visitors as well because of the personal nature and friendliness of the staff. You won't be disappointed and will have a delightful experience. read more

I had such a great time at Verde Last week. I was at the one in downtown Canmore so there were no screaming kids. It was actually quite quiet with a beautiful mix of acoustic music and more traditional spa music. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and I was offered tea or water while I filled out my medical questionnaire... My massage with Regan was exactly what I needed after a mountain summit the day before! I only wish I had booked an hour instead of a half hour! I also got a facial and fell in love with the Eminence Products immediately. They smell so good I could eat them (and they're apparently all natural so that you technically can) and my face never felt so good. Even after years of regular spa facials! I wold definitely go back and recommend to a friend! read more

I had the most amazing massage here! So relaxing and all of the staff was extremely professional and kind! Will be back!

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my facial appointment this morning. The employee that performed my facial was 10 minutes late so I sat there while she sauntered in and had to set up I then was put in the facial room where the sound of screaming kids at the pool was unbelievable. The girl told me that they normally have a fan that mutes out the screaming kids a bit but their fan broke and they're waiting to get a new one NOT MY PROBLEM. The facial then was cut short because the girl said she had to rush off to their other location. Again NOT MY PROBLEM. So I paid for a shortened facial because the employee was late to work and had to listen to screaming children during the entire time. It was the furthest thing from relaxing I then called the manager Gail a couple of hours later because I felt so ripped off and she basically told me there wasn't much she could or would do for me. I told her I wanted a voucher for another facial at their other location that isn't right by a room full of screaming kids. She told me that wasn't going to happen and that she would give me 10% of my appointment fee back. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. This was the worst spa experience I have ever had and they charge maximum prices BEWARE of this AWFUL AWFUL "SPA" read more
