Two Years of Loyalty Wiped Out - Zero Support Response!! I am writing this review as a last resort because every other channel--in-store visits, phone calls, support emails, and even providing my information to HR--has resulted in zero follow-up. I have been a loyal customer at Vape City for two years, ALWAYS saving my rewards points. On March 22nd, I confirmed with a staff member in-store that I had a balance of over $200. I used a portion of those points for a purchase that day; however, when I got home the vape did not work and that is when all the trouble began. While the guy I spoke with eventually located my account after a call to someone else, the account has since vanished entirely. I am now being told the system cannot find any record of my phone number or my two years of accrued points. Please note they changed/updated their "systems". The Facts: Verified Balance: Confirmed in-store on March 22nd as being over $200. Due Diligence: I have contacted support, visited the store multiple times, and spoke with HR. The Result: No one has contacted me, and the only "solution" offered was a staff member telling me, "Hopefully they find your rewards." "Hopefully" isn't a business solution for missing funds. I have spent a significant amount of money at this establishment over the last 24 months, and I expect my account and the rewards I earned to be restored. This is my 3rd vape shop in the area since moving here about a month ago. None of the vape shops around carry the coils I need for my tank however the shop attendant took note of my coils and said they would get them stocked. Still waiting on that update - however the store itself is clean and nicely organized. read more

Went to Vape city and was pleasantly surprised with Bogo deals! The store is beautiful lit and clean. I've been to this location a few times before and I guess the sales people were still in training because they were not as informative as I would have liked. Wife grabbed me a bottle of juice three days ago, when she told me she'd paid $30 (!!) for it I told her she had been ripped off. Same size and brand, "Keep it 100" retails elsewhere for $11.99. No price tags on their good, - the store workers "check the price" on the computer. Went back in this evening (5 minutes ago actually!) and enquired about the same bottle - only now it is $37!! Bought four puff bars and brought them to Vegas with me and found out one of them don't work. Called them to ask if they can do anything about it and they said no I should've checked when I bought them like who does that? I wouldn't have gone through the hassle of calling from Vegas if I was trying to scam. Team and owner should learn how to service customers better. But then again they probably don't care cause their prices are way higher than other shops. 4 puff bars for $48 with a BOGO half off deal (originally $15 each). I only came here because it's 24/7 and close to my house so just beware people. Better test all your purchases in store. (: Update: 2 out of the 4 doesn't work. My wife got me some juice from vape city, it was a bit prices but great flavor. The tanks on the other hand, I would not recommend to my worst enemy. The staff told me that the tanks were the best on the market, at $75 each I decided to buy 2. Within a week I have gone back to the store 3 times because of the tanks linking, I was told then that these tanks were prong for this. If I was told this from the start, I would have never spent the money, then I was told that their was no refund., so they did replace it with another tank, and this one links as well....I spent six hundred on tanks and fluid, wow, not worth it by a long shot. As of this year (2020), I've found myself becoming a consistent customer at this location of Vape City, not only for the great customer service that I receive, but for also having the opportunity to purchase products of superior-quality at very reasonable price. While I have purchased similar products from other stores of this nature within this area, in my personal opinion, I feel that other stores of this nature pale in comparison when it comes to Vape City. They have a wide variety of products, and a great selection of products to choose from. Additionally, I appreciate the awareness and knowledge that the sales associates have with regards to the products that they sale and they've have been extremely helpful in answering the many questions that I may have. I needed coils for a novo 4, every other shop in a 3 mile radius has them for 16 to 20.00, Vape city wants 6.99 per coils, no discount for buying a 5 pack box, so 35 +tax for the 15 dollar coils. I have mixed feelings about this store but will not return for devices . I went in twice and spoke to 1 person on the phone. It seems the product training is inconsistent EXTREMELY inconsistent and honestly I will not purchase another device from them again. I bought a vaping device one night upon choosing the color I was told they are all the same with the exception of color. However I later found out this was NOT true. The color schemes were to make a distinction between the 1st and 2nd generation models. The 2nd generation model has features I was looking for but was told this company doesn't offer them, has a longer battery life and has fixed a known leakage and condensation issue. The 2nd person I spoke to at the store was aware of these distinctions. I called the store 8 days after purchasing and spoke to Naomi. I was unhappy with my purchase and per the store was told I have a 60 day return policy if I was not happy . She said it is not true that they are the same. She proceeded to argue with me and not once tried to make the situation better. As I have seen on the manufacturer's website, visited other vape shops and was told on my 2nd trip that indeed they were two different models. If I were told this in the beginning I would have bought the 2nd generation instead of the one I purchased. I was seeking an exchange willing to pay the price difference. She told me they are the same, argued with me and said they will not exchange it. I would have been fine if she was at least nice about it and would have just purchased the generation 2 later. However at this point I will not even do that. As a matter of fact I will tell others of this experience. I expect their staff to be more consistent especially after visiting their website. This place marks up their products INSANELY. I have been a big fan of Kratom for some time now. Generally, I buy 36 grams of O.P.M.S. Green Vein Maeng Da Kratom Silver at an Exxon Station literally two blocks from the Vape City store. At the gas station, a 36 gram bag costs $14.99. At Vape City, a 60 gram bag of the EXACT same product retails at $59.99. I didn't want to haggle during the pandemic, so I just left the store after being quoted that price. I called back to the store from my car and spoke with an employee named Preston. I was simply alerting him to the MASSIVE discrepancy in price between his speciality store and the rundown gas station down the street. I guess I hoped he'd make some attempt to match the price or maybe just that he'd become aware that his prices were outrageous and modify them. Either way, the dude's attitude was pretty much, "I couldn't care less, go on with your bad self and buy it down the street at the Exxon." So, I did. I went two blocks down and bought 72 grams of the exact same Kratom for $34.25 at a gas station. If Vape City had matched that price, they would have received all my business from here on out. I buy Kratom no less than three times a week. In these trying times, you would think a small business would want to draw in all the steady customers they could, but not Vape City. $59.99 is exploitative pricing. If I was new to Kratom, I wouldn't have known any better and I would have just paid it. It's just wrong. Most of the stuff in this store can be bought elsewhere for a reasonable price. With Vape City, you're just paying for a nice storefront and who really cares about that when the average Kratom purchase takes under 2 minutes? Shame, Vape City. Shame. read more
