I asked 3 different teachers what happened to him and was told different stories and had to end up by calling the police. When the police showed up they refused to show him the cameras pretending that only their head office has access to it and they have to send a request and this process will take few days. Also in our last day we figured out that teachers were giving our kids brand new pull ups to other kids. We had provided 24 brand new underwear for potty training but teachers have used most of them for other kids. Our toddlers never got any potty training even once. They were about to get started but never started. I felt it was my duty to warn any parents against taking their children to this daycare.

Fast forward 3 years and I marvel at all of the things my daughter has learned there! At 4 she knows all the continents, the planets in the solar system, is beginning to learn math! The staff is great as well! Ms. Latha was her second mom there for a while. Best of all, all of the teachers really love being with the children all day and you can see it! Looing back now I could not have made a better choice in preschool for my daughter than Joyous! All the kids had some great, personal attention. Miss Jenn was helpful with potty training, yummy snacks (and even tied in themes for movie days or weather) and she created a fun and well-thought our curriculum for the kids. Additionally, I felt safe with my daughter there. Jennifer is super organized with all ducks in a row. The play area outside was safe and well fenced in with lots for the kids to do for play as well as learning. Her house was always neatly organized for a great learning environment, and she always had lesson plans and meal schedules prepared. Her crafts and little party/events were well planned out and I felt we're better than we had seen at a regular daycare. The children looked engaged and got to do hands-on activities. Jennifer kept a superb routine for food, play, activities and nap time. Jennifer is well on par with any "school/daycare" for my 2-3 yr old without the high costs. I've seen other in-home daycares and NONE were this organized or engaging. Texas is sad to lose her, but your child will benefit at Jennifer's new location! Highly recommend!!!
