Fast forward 3 years and I marvel at all of the things my daughter has learned there! At 4 she knows all the continents, the planets in the solar system, is beginning to learn math! The staff is great as well! Ms. Latha was her second mom there for a while. Best of all, all of the teachers really love being with the children all day and you can see it! Looing back now I could not have made a better choice in preschool for my daughter than Joyous! On Friday June 11, 2021 I dropped my son off to Cambridge Christian Academy. I was very lucky to…read moresee him at the end of the day. My son was left outside at 430PM unattended at this childcare facility. I was not called or informed about this incident. I stopped by to pick my child up at 5:30PM and asked how his day was to a staff member and the director. They said he had a wonderful day and did not specify any problems. Before we left the childcare facility my son kept asking me for a Slurpee. While we were at sonic ( 5 mins away from the daycare) my son started trying to take his clothes and shoes off saying he was "so hot". I then called the day care back (5:40) Asking what did he do again because he was so hot! They explained he did nothing and should be fine. I then get a called at 6:35PM from the daycare explaining the incident. She explained she could not have notified me until the state gave her permission to give that information to the parent. The Monday following that Friday I stopped by to see how long my son was outside, who found him and what aide was given to him once they found out. The executive director had no answers for me. I then I followed up with her by email - hoping she would have a time frame for these answers. She did not respond to any of my emails until I called multiple times and said if I did not receive a response I will just stop by. She then relied and retracted her original statements that were said verbally. I explained that all of those conversations were recorded among other things in the email and I have not heard from them since. I called this morning to stop by for my refund and they said they would call the police on me and hung up in my face. Please do not send your children here. The director was fired and they called in state enforcement. Seems like extreme measures for a child that was left outside for 60 to 120 seconds. Please see the emails below. I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

Everybody is super friendly, my son is turning 5 and in less than a year with them he can already say some stuff in French and Spanish, he does have homework sometimes which I found fantastic because he can see over again with us on the weekend what he learned and he gets so excited. The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars
