I still do not have even an installation date. Each time there's a new story, and no heat pump. As this pump is under warranty, I am at a loss to understand why he won't just replace it. He has left me no choice other than legal action, and a campaign to share my experience with my community. I cannot go through winter without a functioning heat pump. It's already been 7 months after all. He doesn't seem to care that my elderly parents (88 and 94) and me have no heating or cooling. And he still has not provided me with any documentation. This is so difficult and frustrating for me. I have tied to be fair, but I can't wait any longer. I will leave it to you if you are reading this review, if you want to do business with someone who has treated me like this.

Brock and Easton were very professional and both courteous, respectful and patient with my elderly client and myself.
