I went in on March 15th around 7ish. The lady that helped me was so freaking nice. I told her I was from out of town and I work in the industry. She was like "don't stress I will take care of you!" She seemed like she knew what she was talking about. I told her I wanted FULL GRAM VAPES! She showed me 0.3 gram vapes and proceeded to tell me they are one gram and I'll be good! On top of that she sells me concentrate and then tells me it's batter, and it was going to expire soon. When I was about to check out I asked if I could add a vape that was on display and they proceed to tell me that they don't have any of those types and it was only for display which was so weird. Anyways I came back to see everything I have purchased. I have bought 2 .3 grams vapes when I asked for FULL GRAM. 1 gram of concentrate that LEAKED EVERYWHERE! While I thought there was gonna be a really long line, it went super fast, and the people were really accommodating and helpful, especially my new friend Shorty. I've been going to Verilife in River North for about a year, and the budtenders have never steered me wrong. I'm bad with names, but every single employee was chill, knowledgeable and asked questions that helped me pick out what I needed. I stopped using opioids and now take CBD gummies for pain and to help recover faster from the gym. The budtenders are really good at navigating the different brands and explaining the effects. Finally!! I have finally tried this dispensary lol and I am so glad I did. They have wide selection of flower, edibles, vapes, etch. Great customer service and they were patient with me since it was my first time. They have rotating deals; so be ask for the current deals or sales. Came to Verilife after being disappointed with my previous purchase in Chicago. We walked around and then hopped onto one of the iPads/ kiosk that they have lying around almost every corner and made our picks. We headed to the counters to pay and pick up and it was kind of set up like a bank lol. Rell rang us up and immediately apologized for not working with us at the kiosk since it got really busy. I was happy that it was busy because it was a great sign that they had good products. I explained to Rell how dissatisfied I was with The Chicago Cannabis Company and he knew exactly what I was looking for in a product. He switched our selections twice and gave us 20% off. Rell really put in work with us and upsold us and gave us a great experience, I'm not mad about it. Give this guy a raise I'd want him to work for my company. Everyone was extremely nice, wish I had paid more attention to their name tags! As a tourist, I was not aware they did not accept Apple Pay so it was a bit of a hassle to go back to the hotel to get it. They do cash and there's ATM's at the store! I advise you pay cash as no service fee. read more

This dispensary requires new management. This is coming from a regional manager of a franchise myself. Every single time I visit this dispensary I wait in line 20+ minutes. Sometimes they will have 2 attendants checking out but 9/10 times you loose 1 attendant to a conversation. Today I finally said something and instead of the manager addressing my concern her turned away ran to the back laughing at me. My previous visit the wait was so long two people behind me walked out and the man in front of me had a dog who was now asleep on the ground. I'm not being dramatic. The wait times are insane! I went there on Sunday around 11:00 a.m. There was one guy working. There were two women he was helping who were from out of town. He helped them order and used a radio or something and called someone to fill the order. This all took about 5-6 minutes. By now, there were 4 of us in line. Instead of asking the ladies to step aside until their products were brought up so he could wait on the waiting customers, he began to style and flirt, and shuck and jive and have just a good ol time. Now there are 5 of us in line and it's been going on 10 minutes. 5 people in line and he simply ignored us and kept on shuckin' and jivin' with the two ladies. They were having a great time. Laughing and whooping it up and now there was 6 of us and he kept on stylin. Needless to say, 2 of us walked out. I went to a competitor and plan to contiue to use them. I'm done with this place. This place has good security but is also friendly and helpful. I knew what I wanted when I went in, but I was too frugal to pay any online service fee, but I told the guy what I wanted, and he reminded me they are CASH ONLY! He was nice about it but I felt silly! They have an ATM onsite of course. I get iffy around non-bank ATMs but this was safe, no identity theft so far. I liked their set up and the service. I won't comment on my experience with the product itself, that's for another review. read more

In town overnight with a stonerboy, so we had to check out a dispensary. Chicago accepts out of state medical cards, and this place was in walking distance of our hotel. It was the first time I've actually been inside a dispensary, as the one we frequent at home has a drive-through. I was pleasantly surprised to find the store to be extremely wheelchair friendly, with an elevator to take me to the check in lobby area. Everyone was super eager to help the boyfriend find the product that was best for him. I do wish that I had known about the ultra cute t-shirts before withdrawing money from the ATM because my boyfriend seriously needs the shirt that says, "Marijuana is my favorite flower" or something like that. I don't see a way to.order one from the shop online. So that's a bummer. Still, a great new adventure for me. Would recommend read more

Warning: DO NOT COME HERE AFTER 9:30! The other negative reviews are 100% correct about the long lines and lack of staff. But it's not just about valuing your time. If you come here late because it's open until 10, you will probably not get service. They stop sales the moment the clock strikes 10, no matter how close you were to paying for your product. This only makes the extreme slowness of the registers more infuriating. I could only stand there helplessly as the 5 people in front of me somehow took 10 minutes with 2 cashiers. Any other dispensary will process my transaction in like 45 seconds. This would normally be an annoyance, but it lead to me leaving empty-handed after finally reaching the register (but not quite fast enough). I could have gone to a different dispensary that's open late, but because of a lack of communication and slow service, I have nothing. I asked the manager if he could hop on a register to get through more of the line, but he said he had to just stand there with the coupons ready to give us. Now I don't know their policies but I feel like as the manager he could have hopped on a register. read more
