My only minor suggestions would be to improve the POS system a bit (sometimes more complex sales/deals aren't reflected at the register and the bud tender has to do some manual work), and to bring in more classic strains in whole flower form (Blue Dream, GG, Super Silver Haze, Sour Tangie, etc.).

I purchased an ounce of what I thought was straight forward THC flower and it was 100% THCA. Of course there are no refunds once you leave the shop. NuEra presents itself as a compassionate dispensary of cannabis lifestyle products. However I believe it's primary goal is really just commerce. My experience there feels like one of dishonesty and slight of hand as I sit here and recall handing over all that cash for a product they well knew was "weed light" and in very small print on the back label. I think the worse part was the follow up phone call I made that was met with the staff schooling me on the nearly identical properties of THC and THCA. These days most individuals are quite aware of the array of cannabis products and shop at appropriate locations accordingly. They are NOT the same and do not have the same effect; thus their different letter designations and productions. When I stood at the counter making my purchase would have been the opportunity for a staff member to ensure I knew my selection was something other than straight forward THC Cannabis, an extremely reasonable expectation on anyone's part. Slim are the days that the simple exchange of hard earned money for a reliable product is typical. It's a terrible shame that patronizing a neighborhood shop does not involve the integrity it once had or a vendor who responds without their hands tied waiving in front of you with a, "SORRY".
