The value of this place for Illinois is great. They are ahead running deals and since they open you get free items with certain purchase amounts. They often offer samples of new edible flavors and everything I've went in the budtenders are really nice. Last time I was short a couple dollars and they even gave me a discount. My friends, please go here!!! I have been going here for a couple of months now and have been to many other dispensaries in Chicago and other cities I've lived in, and this one is by far the best!!! The customer service is IMPECCABLE, and every single person who works there treats me and every customer there with the upmost respect and care every single time. Back in April even, I had gotten a product and when I got home, had found there was a major manufacturer error. I was scared they wouldn't believe me, but I called them and explained the situation and they not only replaced the product but also provided me a couple of extra products on top of that for the inconvenience. AND the prices are very affordable to top it all off! I can't go to any other dispensary in the city now because they don't seem to care about or value their customers like Karma Club does.
