Everything about Ivy Hall Dispensary is top notch. The online ordering process is simple and straightforward. The selection seems extra large. The place is beautifully laid out and the best thing of all is the people. Everyone we met on our very short stay at Ivy Hall was super friendly and helpful. Since it was our first purchase we received at 25% discount! Now that's a lot of value. They told us we also get $20 off our second purchase. Makes me wish we lived close enough to make it our go-to dispensary. Or at least that the dispensaries at home had the same sense of caring and friendship we encountered at Ivy Hall. If we are ever close by (we are staying at The Robey) we will definitely stop in again. read more

The prices here can be a bit steep, especially with all of the taxes added to the bill. However, Ivy Hall does offer some great discounts, such as the first timer discount, a military veteran discount, and various other specials throughout the year to offset it a bit. The people who work here are knowledgeable and the place as a whole is well run and clean. It would be nice if parking was more convenient as it's in a busy area. read more

Decent layout and staff is nice but I received an order today that had a broken seal. I noticed it the second I got in my car. Didn't appear to see anything missing from the bottle but safety was my main concern. Brought it to the managers attention and was denied an exchange or refund which I assumed would happen. If you purchase from this place make sure to check the seal before you pay for the product. Something shady is happening in this place. I'm not the only reviewer who this has happened to. read more

The place looks clean and nice, but that's about all you're getting when you go there. I've had multiple orders where the seal was broken and there was about half the weight that was supposed to be there. It's a felony to sell products that have been tampered with, the manager was informed and all they said was to send an email so I can get a new order (no refund offered). I don't want a new order because each order I get is tampered with. You end up paying about twice as much as you should given that *someone* there is obviously taking stuff out of the packages before selling. The flower, whatever was left, was extremely stale. Didn't touch it. Complete scam. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, I've tried to give them more chances, but it's just a complete waste of money at this point. read more

this is one of the coolest interior setups i've seen in any dispensary in illinois. The staff is extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. I recently visited Ivy Hall dispensary in Bucktown for the first time, and I was blown away by the experience! The dispensary is huge and very modern, with electronic screens to place your order and a very efficient system to get your products quickly. I was amazed at the selection available, which had something for everyone, from edibles and pre-rolls to flowers and concentrates. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service and friendly staff. Everyone was knowledgeable and willing to help, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It was clear that they were focused on providing a great experience for their customers. The icing on the cake was the generous first-time visitor discount that I received.
