Decent layout and staff is nice but I received an order today that had a broken seal. I noticed it the second I got in my car. Didn't appear to see anything missing from the bottle but safety was my main concern. Brought it to the managers attention and was denied an exchange or refund which I assumed would happen. If you purchase from this place make sure to check the seal before you pay for the product. Something shady is happening in this place. I'm not the only reviewer who this has happened to. read more

The place looks clean and nice, but that's about all you're getting when you go there. I've had multiple orders where the seal was broken and there was about half the weight that was supposed to be there. It's a felony to sell products that have been tampered with, the manager was informed and all they said was to send an email so I can get a new order (no refund offered). I don't want a new order because each order I get is tampered with. You end up paying about twice as much as you should given that *someone* there is obviously taking stuff out of the packages before selling. The flower, whatever was left, was extremely stale. Didn't touch it. Complete scam. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, I've tried to give them more chances, but it's just a complete waste of money at this point. read more
