We ordered online, so we just scanned our ID's and were patched in and picked up with no issues or delays at the counter. If you didn't order online, you place your order in the lobby with the attendants, then they take a few minutes and fulfill your order in the other room. Nice enough shop and pricing has been ok till recently when I discovered that they no longer offer senior or military discount in the online ordering. I contacted them and was told that they offer only in person at checkout . I have been going to this shop for some time and swear they had these options at checkout. I have been to Verilife in Rosemont quite a few times. The staff are wonderful and very polite. There is never a long wait and the lines move fast. I had questions today and one of the employees that work there his name is OSO was Wonderful with me. The prerolls were pretty stale and didn't really achieve a high, but the flavors were nice. I would give 1 star to the weed, and 5 stars to the staff. The person who checked us in was super kind and welcoming, and then we got Donny for our bud tender and she was so nice. I think she's the only reason we got some yummy weed, bc she recommended her favorites! It's not her fault of course that the weed was just okay, but she was really cool and nice and helpful. I'm really disappointed that bud tenders are not allowed to take tips because I would've really liked to give her one. Hopefully Verilife changes that policy so that bud tenders can get the tips they deserve. read more
