The commission rate was extremely high and they impose a contract that rewards them more for selling at less of a price. Communication over the past 3 months has been very poor and they are either unwilling or unable to pay my company , post sale. I have been trying for 2 months to reconcile this account and they have missed two promised payments and have now gone dark on us. No one has ever picked up the phone when I have called in over this period. Think very carefully before engaging.

They are family owned and operated so Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pm are the hours. Dealing with the office staff on some matters worked out excellent too. In fact, when a month went by and the insurance company still had not authorized an inexpensive assistive device, a Horizon employee brought one over during her visit!
