This is the greatest pharmacy in my opinion. The service is better than all others, especially better than the big chain pharmacies. They review your medication list and personally speak to you about how they can dispense any narcotics or other controlled substances. Available to educate about laws effecting your medication dispensing [ie CURES Program or State Mandated Query systems. They are by the book and make themselves available to prescribing physicians if needed. Staff are always in a great mood and keep you informed about upcoming holidays. They are family owned and operated so Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pm are the hours. Sheesh it's been almost 10 yrs since I began using Evergreen Pharmacy. I first met Yvonne and Leo, the owners and pharmacists of Evergreen when they opened their doors at their initial location. They have been an incredible resource for the community and patients. I have referred countless people to them. This is a family owned business and they do their due-diligence on your behalf. You're not just another number to them and that's important. They're knowledgeable, professional, and kind including pharmacists and technicians who are available to answer your questions and provide advice. Their communication is exceptional. I love that I can text message them and speak with real people. They have the medications you need, offering both brand-name and generic options. They also have a substantial amount of over the counter medications available. Their self-pay prices are remarkable and they definitely are not trying to gouge customers. The self pay rates are even better than using good RX. Rochelle is a super star! She is a joy to be around; compassionate, an excellent listener and the patients advocate. The service is amazing , the staff knows everyone's name , when you need something they try their hardest to get it going for you. The line is never to long to get your prescription. They also have some really cute gift ideas on the shelf. I wouldn't change pharmacies if someone paid me to. I'm glad they get the weekends and holidays off. I've been with evergreen for many years now. I absolutely love this pharmacy! I've never had to wait for my prescription and everyone who works there is genuinely personable and friendly. I also love being able to text and get a real person response! The only problems I have are that they're not open on the weekends and only operate from 9-5 which can make it a little difficult pick up. For this reason I have to fill some things with another pharmacy. I would rather get everything from Evergreen. It would be awesome if they offered even just a limited time for pick ups on the weekends. That's the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I recently switched all of my prescriptions to Evergreen and have been very pleased with their service. They are very personable. I actually receive text messages from the staff and not just an automated service. They are very small and friendly. I was a solid customer for over 4 years, I had 8 prescriptions filled here. They were very good pharmacy until They decided one day to just leave me high and dry. No longer would fill my prescriptions that are very important because I have several conditions that require me to be on these medications and I cannot just stop taking them. I did nothing to them, all I can think of was I called after not having my Ativan filled for 3 weeks and I asked why are they just ignoring the fact that I need my medication and OBVIOUSLY I hadn't had my Ativan and I was anxious and very volatile. The pretty little pharmacist got her feelings hurt and decided to just abandon patient care. In my opinion this is the most negligent pharmacy I've ever come across. They literally just stopped filling my prescriptions without a care in the world. The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. The way she speaks on the phone is very judge mental and then in person she hides behind her computer. My husband had a unfortunate dependency on Klonopin and he got help and was in rehab. He is now 1 year sober. The pharmacist repeatedly wouldn't fill my Ativan prescriptions, I wonder why?? She always asked about my husband and his medication and made faces. So unprofessional! Stay away from this place! I would never recommend anyone to this place. Unless you want to run the risk of them leaving you without a refill and you having to run around trying to find a pharmacy that Has your medication in stock. read more

Just one word,....FANTASTIC! Evergreen rocks it! Everyone that works there is so pleasant and helpful. Total small-town, family atmosphere vibe. It's like an Old-School pharmacy that fills prescriptions while-u-wait! That's right! None of this "We're busy and will call you in 3 hours" nonsense like Costco or CVS.. One of the best things is,..Leo's ability to get things done. The word "No" isn't in his vocabulary. Problem with the script, he handles it. Problem with insurance, he handles it. Go to another pharmacy and watch how they handle problems. They don't. They just tell you "No, we can't do it". If I could give 10 stars I would. I have used many different pharmacies in the area some better than others. At every pharmacy I'm just one of many , No great service your just another number. I found Evergreen from a referral by my Drs office after having difficulty filling some Rx. The people here actually care! I've been able to get all my Rx on time! They also personally text me about my Prescriptions. They aren't open 24 hours like the large pharmacies so a little planning is needed. First let me say we are not customers of this pharmacy, and after today we never will be. I called to check on a medication for my MIL who has bone cancer and had major oral/jaw surgery and subsequently has a G-tube. Her regular pharmacy as well as many other pharmacies were no longer able to get one of her medications so we were calling around to see who might have it. Before they would look up the medication to see if they could order it she asked if my MIL would agree to transfer all her medications to them as a as customer. Seriously? I have been using Evergreen Pharmacy for several years now. I switched from Walgreens because I have more prescriptions than normal, and it can get complicated. Since switching to Evergreen, I no longer have to stress about keeping track of my prescriptions, refills, or when they will be ready to pick up. Evergreen provides very personalized service, with excellent communication! The staff is very friendly and extremely competent. I was so impressed with their service that after my elderly mother moved in with us and I started taking over her care, I ended up switching all of her prescriptions to Evergreen, as well. Best pharmacy in town, bar none. I've been getting prescriptions filled here since 2015 and have always been knocked out by the thorough care and personal touch I receive with every visit. Yvonne and Leo are always very kind and respectful and go well out of their way to be proactive with upcoming refills and to help find me the best price on more expensive medications. There are a multitude of pharmacies in the Murrieta/Temecula area, many of them a lot closer to my home, but I'd skip them all to come here. This is the kind of business one can stand behind in support and feel good that you're keeping something important alive. For a pharmacy experience with real connection, look no further. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I have been going to Evergreen Pharmacy for years and overall the staff has been quite nice. However, for the first time an UGLY DRAGON has raised it's head. Yvonne T. Tongoc is one of two pharmacist there. She was RUDE to me and very incompassionate lacking any empathy which is expected of a person working with sick patients. She refused to talk to me by NOT answering my calls, held up my much needed prescriptions and vindictively discharged me from the pharmacy and abused her power as a pharmacist. In the past I have dealt with Leo who is also a pharmacist at Evergreen. Leo is a "gem" NEVER had any problems. However, Yvonne T. Tongoc could be the demise of any business! I love this cozy pharmacy! Located in a strip mall, the pharmacist here is so friendly and personable. Prescriptions are filled out quickly, and the pharmacist takes her time to explain everything and answer my concerns. The staff was also extremely friendly and cheerful. When it's a happy environment, it reflects on the workers, which then reciprocates with the customers. I feel really welcome whenever I come here. They also have really nice selection of over the counter things that have reasonable prices, such as Dramamine, so I don't have to go to the major chains when I need something simple and quick. When dealing with a service business, my most important criteria is the service, and the service here is excellent. Also, they are very knowledgeable and show true concern for their customers. It's hard to find a good pharmacy that actually cares, so this place is a rare gem. Best of all, there is not that annoying glass wall that is in so many pharmacies that separates us from them. My family doctor transferred our prescriptions to Evergreen as they are closer to her office and will pick up the prescriptions from the office. When I tried to get there I had the hardest time finding the pharmacy as their lighted sign was out. I called them to get directions and drove by at least three times before I found it. I'm glad I stuck with it. The pharmacy is small but they are very well stocked. My wife and I have a lot of uncommon prescriptions and they were able to readily fill them. My doctor was supposed to have faxed the prescriptions in, but they were not in yet. Dr. Yvonne was able to get a hold of my doctor and verify the prescriptions and fill them immediately. Dr Yvonne and Dr Leo actually stayed open 30 minutes after closing to take care of me. While I was waiting I took a look at their selection of OTC meds and Wow they have some outstanding bargains. This place is tucked into a strip of shops yet is reasonably close to the 15 freeway. It's a fantastic pharmacy, and the wait is never as bad as at other chains! So I stopped by just to check out the prices for my mom. I had to shop around because it gets expensive when you've got certain necessary medications. Surprisingly, this place is very reasonable with their med prices! I calculated that I would be saving hundreds annually!! Never underestimate it... do your research. "It's only a few more dollars" at a chain pharmacy definitely adds up. As far as the pharmacists that work there, I have to say, they have a different demeanor than other overworked chain retail pharmacists. Even when they're busy, they always make time for you for consultations, other medical advice, and even just chatting about life. I hope they don't get mad at me for this... but the story behind them is super cute! Leo and Yvonne (the pharmacists that own the place) actually met in Pharmacy school and they're just a very personable couple! I have been coming to Evergreen for just over 2 years and I can honestly say I have never loved a pharmacy more. They may close at 5pm on weekdays and not be open on weekends, but the customer service they provide more than makes up for it. They are constantly going out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of and have the medication they need. Their staff is so nice and they know all their customers by name. They always have medications in stock and they fill every prescription so much faster than the larger pharmacy's like CVS or Walgreens.
