Now I'm considering finding a new pharmacy. I used to get reminders about prescriptions, meds were always ready when promised, every time I went I received a text message afterwards asking about my experience. That was the old Walmart Pharmacy, which always got 5s from me. The new Walmart isn't doing any of that. I put in a refill request, it was not ready when promised. I waited in a long line to pick it up. Never used to have that problem. They seem to have discontinued asking for feedback. I presume it's because they know their service has gone off the rails. Get your head out of the sand Walmart. Not looking for feedback is not going to solve your issues and its not going to retain your customers.

Arrived during "low use hours" (Wednesday, 1:03pm). Had to wait until 1:21 before a handicap…read moreparking spot opened. Got in at 1:23. There were no driving carts available. Had to sit by the entrance (can't stand for more than about a minute without damaging muscles) for more than 10 minutes before a driving cart came available. By this time, the pharmacy had closed for lunch, and I had to wait almost half an hour to pick up my prescription. Not nearly enough handicap spots. Not nearly enough driving carts. Even during low use hours.

One of the Pharmacists is extremely rude and really seems to hate her job. Today, after receiving a text that my medication is ready to be picked up, I drove into Aberdeen. I live in Ocean Shores which takes a good 45 minutes to get to their Pharmacy (which according to their website opens at 10am). I arrived at 11:30am. IT WAS NOT OPEN. There were two young ladies sitting out front of the Pharmacy apologizing to folks and letting them know someone never made it to work and maybe they'll make it in by 2 pm hopefully. This is inexcusable! Had this been a life or death medication, we would be so screwed. I am looking to switch Pharmacies as soon as possible. I've just had enough.

None of the pharmacies in this area go over your medications. Don't expect anything but the apathetic customer service & you won't be disappointed. Like most businesses in this county, their attitude towards customer service is, you don't get any & you are just lucky that we are even here.

It's a given that you'll usually wait a long time at the store for a prescription that was called…read morein and it will cost more than the mail pharmacy. But with a new prescription sometimes it seems worth it to get the med same day. Just remember to use Good Rx because for my husband's new drug, zonisamide, rite aide sells a more expensive generic and you'll need the coupon. They don't remind you about good Rx like in the commercials. Also, when I transferred it later to our usual pharmacy, Postal Prescription Service, Rite Aid didn't respond to them which resulted in the wrong doctor being called, the wrong dose being filled, and a delay resulting in running out.

This Supercenter seems a bit smaller than some of the other ones I have been to but I have also been to smaller models also so as far as size and variety goes it falls about in the middle. The Garden Center is quite a bit smaller than other store locations and therefore when it becomes a seasonal area for the holidays the selection there too is influenced. So all in all this store falls in the middle for most of all those things as far as my rating goes. I can say however whenever we are out in Aberdeen we usually are coming back from Westport, a favorite small town of ours to visit...we almost always swing by this Walmart on our drive to "powder our noses ".
