We were met by a very pleasant sales person offering her assistance and drinks including alcohol. We spent at least 2 hours and with the assistant managers help (our sales person was new to the job) we purchased over $14,000.00 in Furniture with the understanding it will take 10 weeks to get the bedroom furniture. All had to be paid upfront including delivery fee. After the 10 week period was up I attempted to call on several occasions, at this point I lost count, 2 of which from Joe and Scott who thought my experience was funny and Joe's tone was harassing, attempting to escalate a tense situation. 17 weeks later and plenty of excuses still no furniture.

I would say it is similarly priced, and I think it could be all targets but I find their merchandise pretty expensive. Sometimes the shoes will have deals that make me happy. Not a lot of workers on the floor if you needed help, but I see that more and more at target. Overall not too small of a store but slightly smaller than the bigger cities.

The two good things about the store are that it's conveniently located and easy to find inside the mall and that's where it ends. This would be the 3rd T-Mobile store that I've ever been in and have always found the employees to be knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. There were 2 employees in there who were with customers when we got there. The employees seemed to be having difficulties with the computers, signing the people on to their new phones etc.... Not long after we got there another customer came in who got helped by the employees while we stood waiting. After about 45 minutes I asked a customer if he would look at my phone as I was sure it wasn't going to take much to get it working right, if my 15 year old grandson was there I'm sure he could have done it. While the customer was looking at my phone the one employee took did something to it that took 5 or less minutes and said "Yours is done" and nothing else. When I asked what was wrong she said "Yours is done". SO...the trip to Greensburgh or Johnstown is well worth it if you're looking for knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service. I will not be back to Altoona T-Mobile ever again.

Be careful in dealing with this business! We ordered a bed,…read morechairs, and bookshelves. We told two salespeople that we needed to have the delivery men move the old bed from downstairs to upstairs. When the delivery men arrived they refused to move the bed because there was nothing in their notes about moving a bed. The salespeople never bothered to write it down! So the delivery guys said it would be $60, then $30, then $80 to move the bed. As they were leaving, one of the delivery men said, "If your dog comes near me and bites me, I'm going to kick it." They did come back to finish the delivery, but the owner of the company didn't have the professionalism to call us back! They also didn't know how to set up the new bed we purchased. After spending thousands of dollars on furniture there in the past; we will be buying from another furniture store.

I was given so many options to find the right fit, and didn't feel pressured at all. Ask for Cindy, she's fabulous. I bought a large Stein World bookcase on casters, a beautiful Bassett console, a gorgeous Norwalk ottoman, and a colorful Turkish-style rug. The delivery guys were very professional and careful with all the items. Cindy even came with the truck to see my room and help put everything together! We were so happy with the service, quality, and prices that we went back and got a bedroom set, too. When the bed set arrived, one of the side boards had a small issue, so they replaced it with a new one right away. Really can't say enough about Capparella's!
