This is, without a doubt, the worst Verizon/Victra store we have ever been to. I'm surprised we are still with Verizon after this latest experience. We visited simply asking to upgrade our iPhones, and were told that upgrading to a "business plan" would save us money in the long run. With minimal explanation or clarification from the "manager" (it is impossible to tell who the manager is), we were transitioned to a new plan. "No problem, this will save you guys money long-term." This took, at our first visit, three hours, during which: 1. The first name on our new account was switched to an incorrect name and seemingly locked in, to the point where not even Verizon corporate could change it back (this error persisted to the point where every corporate service call resulted in my being called the wrong name); 2. The "manager" (?) said he had to go "punch the safe" after continuing to make ignorant comments to his employees; 3. We were simply handed two new pieces of equipment (business routers) that we didn't want and didn't ask for. I said that they could hang on to the routers since we did not need them, but the "manager" said that they came with the plan and that they could not keep them. Well, it turns out that they were two new devices and new phone lines that we would be charged monthly for. When I saw this and protested to Verizon corporate to deactivate them, I was charged $350 *PER NEW DEVICE* (so $700 total) for the deactivation fee. Just an absolute scam in the purest form of the word. Oh, and they couldn't figure out how to succesfully switch the account during our first three-hour visit. So I had to go back for another two-hour visit to get that completed and get our phones transferred. Verizon corporate has been no help, and initially told us to take the two routers back to the store. I did this, having zero interest in ever going to this store again, and the "manager" told me I had to mail them back to Verizon, without saying anything about the cancellation fee. I still have yet to receive the boxes that Verizon was supposed to mail to return the equipment. That I never needed or asked for. Just complete garbage. Something needs to be done about this store, but I'm sure that nothing will. Glad I'm $700 down because of the service provided. Don't go here, and if you do for some reason, do not get conned into switching to a business plan. That was entirely my problem. read more

cheyenne on Zeeb road was very helpful. My phone was sent to me by Verizon and I didn't have a clue how to transfer Data. A couple other employees were going to charge me $40 to transfer data but Verizon phone help walked me through it - still a lot didn't transfer so Cheyenne did her best to help find the missing data. Still had a lot of gaps. Finally my 10 year old granddaughter fixed everything. read more

I went in the store in September to upgrade my phone with a trade in. I also added a phone for my kids and a jet pack. I was given pricing in the store that did not reflect on my bill. I went into the store and was told "wait for the next bill, it will correct itself". That did not happen. I called Verizon and the store in November. Verizon said they can not do anything, the store has to. The store had someone on vacation and they were to call me back. Never did. Family things and life happened so this was put on a back burner. I called Verizon again a few days ago, they again told me it is a store issue. I went into the store and was dismissed with "I'll have my manager call you tomorrow". Again, no call back. It's been 3 days. How many times do I need to reach out and show up before I get to talk to someone who can help me? Do NOT deal with this store if you don't have to. read more

Matthew is incredible. I went to the Ann Arbor Saline store and it was an awful experience, I walked into the go wireless and Matthew was the best! He was professional, knew his products, made sure I got the best price for what I needed. There was no wait and it's easy parking. I would go nowhere else if you are looking for a new phone or accessories. He also gave me a great trade in value. I will be back! In the past when I stopped here for help with an odd phone issue, Matthew was knowledgeable and efficient as other reviewers said, also patient about explaining the situation and teaching me how to analyze it. So recently when my new Pixel phone had a frustrating technical problem, I came in again hoping for efficient help, and was sorry to find out that Matthew had moved. But Yay! Not to worry. Devon was great! She listened to my questions, asked me some questions to verify that she understood my description, and suggested a couple of solutions with the pro and con of each so I knew what to base my choice on. Her colleague, on hold on the phone for another customer, also made a suggestion for me while he was waiting because he had heard our discussion . They were both professional and thought outside the box to figure out the best solution *for me*. Although there is a Verizon store closer to me, driving a little farther to this GoWireless store is worth it for the technically adept - and friendly - help. read more

lines. I was told that if I update the account I was to get a free versions business internet back up service if I paid 99.00 for the device, then the monthly service was free after a promotion. There was no ambiguity in the explanation of the deal. 99.00 for the device, 25mbs speed, unlimited data, no monthly fee. First month I was billed 109.00. Took bill to the actual store and was told it would be credited. Second month, billed another 109.00. Went back to store and again was told it would be taken care of and the manager would get involved to expedite. Month 3, another 109.00 and no resolution. After numerous phone calls and emails to the manager by our office manager, we received word back that she would take care of it but would take her a few days to get to it as she works at multiple locations. Weak response considering 3 months of over billing but ok. Never heard back and was billed 109.00 again! Finally contacted Verizon direct, canceled the service and sending the device back. Have to pay Verizon the monthly fee (prorated) until they get the device back and checked in. No additional credit given. Total scam out of over 400.00 and still no contact from store. AVOID this place! read more

We purchased a new phone. Devon was great for helping with that. We also returned a charge cable that didn't fix our old phone issue. She was having problems with the system that day due to electrical work being done nearby. Finally she said the credit went thru and we see it the credit within 7 days. It's been over a month and numerous texts to her and stops into the store has failed to resolve. I stopped in the store on on jan 10th, she said she remembered me and the return, took my name and phone number... and I've heard nothing back. read more

I was told that we can recycle used verizon equipment at Verizon stores. I stopped in to recycle and was told it isn't done at this store. The clerk could have suggested another location to recycle but was not in his interest to do so. read more

This is a GREAT Verizon store. Matt and Richard were welcoming and incredibly helpful as we purchased our next phone and accessories. We've been Verizon customers for a very long time and had lots of experience with Verizon stores, good and bad. This particular store is outstanding! If you want trustworthy, excellent service and fully informed salespeople, the Verizon store at Scio Square on Zeeb Road is THE BEST. Thank you for your help today--we won't forget it! read more
