Since 2011, the fine folks here treated me well and hooked me up with good quality smart phones (I am very happy with this second generation Motorola Droid Turbo 64 GB). This is, without a doubt, the worst Verizon/Victra store we have ever been to. I'm surprised we are…read morestill with Verizon after this latest experience. We visited simply asking to upgrade our iPhones, and were told that upgrading to a "business plan" would save us money in the long run. With minimal explanation or clarification from the "manager" (it is impossible to tell who the manager is), we were transitioned to a new plan. "No problem, this will save you guys money long-term." This took, at our first visit, three hours, during which: 1. The first name on our new account was switched to an incorrect name and seemingly locked in, to the point where not even Verizon corporate could change it back (this error persisted to the point where every corporate service call resulted in my being called the wrong name); 2. The "manager" (?) said he had to go "punch the safe" after continuing to make ignorant comments to his employees; 3. We were simply handed two new pieces of equipment (business routers) that we didn't want and didn't ask for. I said that they could hang on to the routers since we did not need them, but the "manager" said that they came with the plan and that they could not keep them. Well, it turns out that they were two new devices and new phone lines that we would be charged monthly for. When I saw this and protested to Verizon corporate to deactivate them, I was charged $350 *PER NEW DEVICE* (so $700 total) for the deactivation fee. Just an absolute scam in the purest form of the word. Oh, and they couldn't figure out how to succesfully switch the account during our first three-hour visit. So I had to go back for another two-hour visit to get that completed and get our phones transferred. Verizon corporate has been no help, and initially told us to take the two routers back to the store. I did this, having zero interest in ever going to this store again, and the "manager" told me I had to mail them back to Verizon, without saying anything about the cancellation fee. I still have yet to receive the boxes that Verizon was supposed to mail to return the equipment. That I never needed or asked for. Just complete garbage. Something needs to be done about this store, but I'm sure that nothing will. Glad I'm $700 down because of the service provided. Don't go here, and if you do for some reason, do not get conned into switching to a business plan. That was entirely my problem.

My husband took 3 hours getting our account, and new phones, switched to a business account at another store. We soon ran into other issues of my new phone pairing to my Apple Watch. After getting no where with tech support online, we had to go into the store again. We tried to return to the original store, but they had quite a line and only two staff. We opted to try this store on Ann Arbor Saline rd. We were helped immediately on the first visit. They addressed the issue and had it fixed on the back end by refreshing the ID and we were out the door in 10 mins. Two weeks later, I just walked out of the store on my second visit. The SIM card in our hotspot wasn't reading and we couldn't get it setup. I was immediately helped by James and he had it all straightened out in 20 mins. The staff here seems to work together. Depending on the needs of the customer and the staffers knowledge base. They are patient and happy to help. What a gem! When we first moved into our house I excitedly put up a ton of bird feeders and then, watched in…read morehorror, as every squirrel in a 3 block radius came and wolfed down the seed before the birds could even get to them. So I gave up. Then the pandemic happened and I've been sitting in the yard more, watching the birds in the yard and really wanted to bring more in and feed the ones that were there. So, I went to Wild Birds Unlimited and the wonderful owner gave me a ton of tips on how to make a hospitable bird feast without encouraging those furry little devils (they chewed through our garage and also broke into our attic so I feel very confident calling them devilish). The tips included hot pepper coated food (doesn't effect the birds but the squirrels aren't into the heat), certain seeds that don't appeal to them (njjer seed for the finches), certain squirrel proof feeders, etc. Not once did she try to upsell me on anything, suggesting instead to start small and see if the birds liked something before investing in more of it. I also got some great tips (like adding some colored yarn or ribbon to the feeders to encourage bird visits) and a product to help increase the longevity of my hummingbird nectar during the heat. She also gave me a great free sample of bark butter (a paste you smear on the tree bark for bird feasting) and she even added rubber gloves since it was also hot pepper infused! Oh, and a small baggie of mixed seed to take to Kensington for bird feeding. In the end I walked away with a new finch feeder and a bag of seed, a hot pepper bell of seed and nuts, a special perch for the bell (that will accommodate our cardinals), some hummingbird gear, a hot pepper suet cake, and a new shepherds hook (I'd been having trouble finding them anywhere in stock right now since it's the end of the season). I was so excited to put it up I did it right away when I got home and since then I've been enjoying seeing all the finches having a feast! Thank you for the amazing selection and the extremely kind and patient help you provided! Can't wait to come visit again for more upgrades once I know what works in my yard!

Luckily, I was only a few stores down from Game Stop so I popped in to see if they could help. This store is in major need of renovation. Products cover the walls and the majority of the floor space but the carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 50 years and the whole store had a really funky odor. After being greeted, I ask the employee if they have a 3DS wall adapter to which he promptly goes "a charger?". Yes, dude, lets not cut hairs here. He proceeds to explain the issues they've been having with Nintendo not including chargers with their products. I concur, ridiculous.
