Great experience actually went back with my husband who works 7 days a week, as a farmer, she was very informative, personalble, and professional, she valued our time, and was able to save us a decent amount of money and gave us the best option for home Internet, which was a complete win for us, we haven't had it available in our area for 6 years. So finding a company with connectivity is crucial being out in the country, we were able to add more to our plan save money, and have the ability to have some entertainment in the time we have together. My husband and I are the type of people that don't like change. We loved our home button. Sadly the time has come. We need to get new phones. We found Rachel at Verizon in Arcadia on Facebook and we are so glad we did. She worked with us showing us how to use our new IPhones. She answered our questions and helped us in the following days when we called her with troubles. As much as we hate to admit it we love our new phones. She even lowered our monthly bill. Recently I needed some help with my phone and an old tablet. On impulse, I dialed the number of this Verizon store. A real person answered!! I explained my problem. He said he could solve my problem in no time. He did do exactly as he said. Several times I have been back for minor difficulties. Each time I have been helped by friendly, knowledgeable people. These people are running a store the way all stores should be run. With an excellent product and caring, helpful, skilled employees, this Verizon store will be a huge credit to our area. Horrible store it turns out. Salesman Tristan tried to charge me a $50.00 fee. That when I thought about it and talked with my husband. Seemed like a scam. Called Verizon 800 number. I was correct. The money was refunded to my account for the next billing cycle. I am forced to select a star rating to continue. read more

Super frustrating experiences going in this store. They don't get people who buy the iPhone every year and are trying to save a few bucks. First experience I had a broken iPhone 4 on AT&T when I went to open an account to buy the iPhone 5s. I got mildly annoyed at their hard effort to convince me that I needed their overpriced accessories. Second experience I sold my iPhone 6 and needed the iPhone 6s. They questioned why I was upgrading if I already had the iPhone 6. The only reason I was upgrading was because I was desperate for more space being stuck with 16GB. I also had an upgrade due so I was really trying to upgrade to the 64GB model. They didn't let me buy it outright so I had to do installments. I insisted that I didn't want installments because I was going to sell the phone in a year for new newest one. The guy looked at me like I was insane. They were so persistent on me getting the super expensive accessories but I had already learned from the first time and took my lightly used Apple leather case that I took off my iPhone 6 case. They seemed offended. I took the biggest L when they decided to add the scum of the planet aka Asurion to my plan without clear consent. I had absolutely no IDEA I had it. I didn't find out until a year later when I was getting the iPhone 7 and requested to be an authorized account manager because I wasn't the account owner. I canceled it immediately. Third experience I made the biggest mistake of having my iPhone X delivered to the store on launch day during the pre-order night havoc. Again, they didn't let me buy the iPhone outright even though the delivery box had my name on it. Instant installments and $30 activation fee. They scolded me into buying insurance even though I tried my hardest to decline Asurion. I felt like telling them that Apple had marketed the glass as the strongest glass on a smart phone and that I already had a case in my car but I was too mortified to speak. I went on my lunch break and the sale took roughly a painful 1.5 hrs. My phone wouldn't respond after they made me set it up in the store. They almost recalled it, not caring that I really wanted it on launch day and that supply was already low. I took the SIM card out with a SIM ejector I brought from home and stuck it in my old phone and called Apple Support and took care of it. I was so frustrated that I didn't tell them that Apple ships phones all around the world everyday and has free 30 day phone support for situations like this. But they insisted their "expert" help was the reason I couldn't leave with the phone in-box so that I could set it up in the privacy of my own home. Overall, please avoid this store or at least go to a real corporate store. This one is a big shady cluster****. read more

I have been with Verizon for over 2 years now granted when you go in there sometimes you have to wait a little longer because there's only two people in there helping. on Sunday only one. does get a little frustrating... but it is well worth the wait everybody in there because I go in there quite a bit to buy a cessories I know pretty much on a first-name basis and is very friendly helpful honest and because I've had these types of run in with the Professionals in there is the reason I stay with Verizon Tristan Scott Josh Christian and the Dallas Cowboy fan one LOL are really great they know what they're doing .I get fast accurate service I never have problems and if it wasn't for them I would have switched a long time ago because Verizon customer service number people are very rude but as far as people in that store that's a great store and they are a great assets to the community love all my Verizon people read more
