She was very concerned over our situation and was extremely professional and helpful. She asked us to give her an opportunity to reach her manager and make it right. The next day she got back to us that we had been credited everything that was told to us that had been charged. We will be forever thankful for her and her dedication and caring of her customers. We have been using the AT&T on 41 for the last 20 years and only went to the new one on king's highway out of convenience but have found out that honorable and caring service is worth the drive. Can't say enough about Chandace and how absolutely awesome she is and grateful we are. She was turning a bad situation into a good one and is an asset to AT&T. We are glad she will be around for us in the near future.

I asked him to transfer over all of my data because I am not good at things like this. The salesman told me that I had to transfer all of my data over by myself then proceeded to try to sell me the most expensive thing in the store. I decided to go with the regular iPhone 12 which I do love. But unfortunately, while I was trying to transfer all of my data there was an issue that had a rise, and my phone was down For six hours. I had returned to the store quite unhappy and the salesman was trying to make a joke out of it. I did not offer much of a solution other than just transferring of my data. I had made a comment about the fact that my phone did not come with a wall plug and maybe he could help me out with that either by giving me one for free or discounting it for the fact of all the trouble that I went through. He continued to laugh and said there was nothing he could do.I will never return to the store. If I could give them a negative rating they would get a -10 star rating because this place absolutely sucks in the employee was horrible. I asked to speak to a manager once again he had laughed and said there was not one in the building. I had asked when with there be a manager and he said he did not know I am extremely unhappy. Surprisingly to me, I have not even got a phone call back from corporate.

We decided to give this service another try and were reminded of why we left. Terrible customer…read moreservice, when you can understand them. They also ran new optical cable from the road. In doing so, they left app. 15 yards of the cable exposed, while only burying the rest maybe 2" below the dirt. We tried to tell them about the problem to no avail. Now the cable is comepletely ucovered, and seperated from the house. No change in service, which leads me to believe we haven't had actual fiber internet for the entire time, which would explain the terrible bandwidth. We can't hardly stream on more than 2 tv's at once. Just a garbage monopoly of a company. We're going back to T-Mobile.

I…read morewas only looking at their 5 year internet plan when a chat agent told me they could get me 1 year of mobile service Free if I signed up for the 5 year internet plan and I switched from my current mobile provider. So I did but every month they charge me for mobile. I go online and get them to reverse the charge and after an hour or so they do. Today I went to their store to get them to Stop billing me so I don't have to waste my time each month getting it reversed. They denied me and said that the agent should have never made me that offer and I'm SOL!! I saved the chat transcript for the offer and still I have to pay for Xfinity's mistake! I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB.

I immediately noticed my finger print sensor didn't work all the time. Then I started having issues with lost signal. Wifi worked fine but cell signal would just drop completely. Turns out, all the reviews were truthful and spot on. Rayna the manager was FANTASTIC !!! She "Held our hands " and took her time with us through the whole process, explained everything patiently several times, transfered ALL our files, ( in past at other cell phone stores I have been told more than once that all the files cannot be transfered, I imagins that's because those store sale people can't be bothered), filled out all our paperwork, got us special rebates, the list of great customer service gestures with sincerity and genuine concern goes on and on.
