It is impossible to see your account number online and in the Boost App. When calling to cancel service, they REFUSE to provide you with your Boost Account Number, which is required in order to sign up with another carrier and keep your phone number. This is of course a strategy to force you to keep their terrible service. When 'trying' to speak to customer service, they talk over you and don't even allow you to speak.
