I went to the Epps Bridge store with a phone that was not responsive, the manager took my phone and ID and walked away. The rep that stepped over to help me told me the phone had a software problem and I would need another phone and the insurance would not pay anything. I left with my phone and went to another verizon store where they got my phone working in a few minutes. I would like to start by saying this review is for this store. Not Verizon. Not Apple. But the store on Epps Bridge. Angela helped me yesterday evening. My in laws needed an internet backup and I was going to purchase a mobile hotspot. She suggested the in home internet and explained the pros and cons of both. I shared my skepticism and she offered me reassurance and even said "if it doesn't work out we can always turn it in". Of course I knew that but it seemed like she was making an effort to help me and share in my concerns. She had me in and out so quickly, yet despite the constant foot traffic never made me feel rushed. I would come back to this store just for Angela's service. Thank you!! TERRIBLE experience. I wish I had service with anyone other than Verizon. It was obvious when I purchased a new iPhone 13 yesterday that they just wanted to get me in and out of the store. They did not offer to activate the phone, and I wasted 4 hours failing to activate it on my own. Now I am back in the store the next day, and have been waiting for an hour. They know this is a common problem with iPhone 13, so it seems like a very stupid move for them to allow someone to leave their stores without activating it in the first place. This store has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. My husband and I pre-ordered iPhone 6 pluses. When we got the email confirmation, they had put in our address incorrectly. The sales rep had even verified it verbally with us but apparently had only been verifying the billing address rather than the shipping. We were told very expressly that the shipping address could not be changed because of fraud concerns. Okay got it, we told her, yep that's the address. We get home, IT IS THE WRONG ADDRESS. She clearly mistyped it. So, the next day we go in and we have to spend 90 minutes standing in the store for them to fix it. THEIR MISTAKE actually pushed back our ship date for the phones. THEN. We were told when we bought the phones that if we participated in their trade-in recycling program, we would get $200 back for each iPhone, guaranteed. So we agree, they send us these little envelopes, we fill out all the paperwork and send our phones in. My perfectly fine iPhone 5 came back with a value of $36. Are you kidding me??? So we go back to the store, and they give us the runaround and try to get rid of us. The short Hispanic/mixed race looking lady who originally greeted us was rude and condescending when it became clear that we were not going to be simple pleasant cash cows for them. She claimed to be a manager but didn't actually assist us with anything. The sales rep assigned to help us, Javier, was no help at all. He gave us the same line over and over, "no one here can help you. We are not part of the trade in program." Really??? It's a verizon program and this is a verizon corporate store and you can't help us??? That's BS. Then he wouldn't get a manager when I asked for one. He claimed a manager would tell us the same thing but then refused to get one when I requested one. Finally we called the trade-in hotline and they did fix it. If they hadn't, I was ready to cancel with verizon and let them sue me. This store was useless and messed up our order. Use them at your own risk! read more

I went in because I was locked out of my phone they tried to tell me there was nothing they could do and sell me another phone I figured there's no way there is absolutely nothing that could be done considering my phone was brand new on installments and under warranty so I went to another store and they we able to issue me a new phone and explain the policy the other store neglected to mention while hounding me to add a line or buy another phone...wasted an hour there and was given all kinds of false information I will never shop at this location again if you need a corporate store specifically I'd recommend the store in Lawrenceville the customer service was great and they were able to get me in and out quickly way less headache read more

I tried combining my plan online / over the phone multiple times, and it never worked, and they finally said I should just go into a store. Fine, sounds good, let's just resolve this. My dream of a decent, easy experience died within seconds of entering the store, as they refused to help resolve this long standing issue. The associate said combining the plans would be expensive in the store, but didn't want to tell me how much, or do any work whatsoever to help me out. He told me to call Verizon again, and wouldn't believe that I had been told I could fix this issue in the store. I've had nothing but trouble with Verizon thus far. If I could leave Verizon wireless I would. The customer service is terrible. Make sure when you make any purchases you go directly to a Verizon store not a cellular sales store. The cellular sales stores payment or customer service information does not upload into the Verizon database so you get totally screwed. Verizon is a joke to screw people out of money. read more

OMG, if there is a option, I will give it negative 100 stars... This is the worst customer service in the whole US! The manager Christine Bowling, informed me wrong information and hided in the back room for like 2 hours. It took me almost 6 hours in the store and still did not solve my problem at all, and what I planned to do is just switch my ATT account to verizon, which I regret so bad now. When I asked the manager come out to explain why she told me something totally different from other agents told me, somebody said she should already took off. The most ridiculous thing happened, when I finally gave up to switch my account in this store and left the store, the manager came out of the back room and looked at me with a nasty look. I asked them the open the door and talk to the manager, there was a guy closed the door in front of my eyes. Just unbelievable, do not ever go to them!
