The second phone had major communication problems requiring that the phone be returned. SimpleTech provided a USPS label which we used to return the phone. They subsequently strung us along with promises of repairing and returning the phone. They never did return the phone (essentially committed theft). After a simple Google search, it appears this company is in bankruptcy. So, it would be advisable to avoid doing business with them unless you want to lose your investment.
