    After totaling my car in an accident last week In which my iPhone was also broken and bent up when…read moreit impacted with my chin from the steering wheel air bag, I found myself waking up the next morning with absolutely no car, no phone, in a lot of pain, with stitches in my chin. My only option I had was to get a bus schedule at the Town Information Center and catch a ride on the Centro Bus into Auburn, then walk 5-6 blocks in the rain, and finally reaching the AT&T store. On this day, I was in shock, in pain, exhausted, wet, and beyond desperate get a phone and figure out what to do. I knew that I desperately needed 3 critical things when I got to AT&T... 1) a new iPhone 2) a car 3)someone to help me that likes their job, was good at they're job, technologically and service knowledgeable, calm, confident, enjoyable working with and teaching others, someone who was patient, able to listen to understand, non-judgmental, projected good vibes and good energy, capable of smiling and laughing while working, and give me the time I needed making my AT&T experience enjoyable, and maybe even a little fun. I literally Prayed to God my entire trip getting to the AT&T store. SMH.. I Prayed that He would please, please, PLEASE, have my needed person in #3 be waiting to greet me at the door with a smile when I get there. Extremely grateful, God had definitely answered my Prayers that day. As I walked into the store that day, everything was exactly as I Prayed for, except for, there were "two" amazing people waiting that fit my #3 description to a tee...Zack and Alley, just like two Angels, waiting and wanting to teach me and help me. Both Zack and Alley, working great together as a team, were extremely kind and empathetic to my unique situation.. both of them being amazed that my chin had literally bent my iPhone in the accident... All I can say is that I had great time at Auburn AT&T because of Zack and Alley... we continued laughing and learning for 4 1/2 hours ... seriously best time I've ever had at AT&T buying a new phone... I'll preface this with the fact that I am planning on ditching this phone as soon as the new one comes out, and I just needed something cheap and easy to carry me until this September. If that sounds like you, these guys are the right choice. Had these guys fix a cracked phone (front and back) and, while quick and affordable, the replacement parts are rather low quality. Back glass seems perfectly fine, other than the fact that my MagSafe charging isn't as secure as it once was. I had major issues with my screen after it was fixed but the staff were quick to help me out, even gave me a most of my money back for the display (I had already taken the phone to apple to get an OEM screen put on, and could not get them to give me the screen from these guys to return for a proper refund; all in all I'd say this is fair). All in all Id recommend these guys if you need a cheap quick fix so you can still qualify for apples early upgrade program or a trade in promotion, but if you're looking for a long term repair, it's best to go to the apple store for genuine apple parts that'll last you. Hopefully soon the Right To Repair movement will reach a point where all of these small business owners can get their hands on genuine parts for proper fixes and we can stop relying solely on a tech giant like Apple for our repairs and give our money back to the local guys.

He has a really bad attitude and I don't think he should work there.
