The home office in Knoxville supplied two $100 vouchers that are worthless. Three service representatives Jackson, Igor and Marlene are very nice and they tried their best to understand this extremely difficult to use voucher. He completely misguided me for the deal and data choices. He gave me his phone number too. When problems started, he blocked me on his phone. Visited to the store left a message for him never called back. Called customer service asked the representative any penalties to switch the service. He also said no ETF or other charges to switch. Completely wrong information he provided too. I received a bill for almost for $2600. Verizon refused to take any responsibility for their unprofessional employees and retailers. In addition the said they could not fully show me what my bill would be but flashed number and said it would be x amount less my corporate discount. I sent my daughter in to replace her broken phone via the insurance plan. Rather than telling her she needed to file a claim though the website, Ethan Hart (commission based Sales Rep) convinced her she needed an upgraded phone. Rather than paying the $199 deductible and finishing out her $389 left on contract, he convinced this single mom with two toddlers in tow, that it was better to get a $300 contract buyout, spend $112 in "out the door" taxes, and finance the remaining $1035 phone over the next 24 months. Total additional cost, beyond the total cost had she gone with the insurance plan, was $259. When discussed over the phone, the sales Rep said she would be saving was $426. Not until after the $112 was paid, did I get the invoice showing the actual total cost. Shame on you, Ethan Hart, and shame on me for believing you were an honest person. read more

My old iPhone 6S had 16GB storage and I was at 15GB; started looking online for a new phone and after reading a very favorable review from Clark Howard on the iPhone SE I called Cellular; they had one in stock. Appointments were necessary due to the COVID virus situation and mandated social distancing. CJ was the young man who walked me through the phone, transferred the data completely and quickly. He wore a mask and gloves and even though I came in with a mask, he gave me a spare for future use. I was very impressed with the store and especially CJ. I've used other cellular stores (Verizon) with a lot of high pressure and overselling; it was a joy to go to Cellular and be treated respectfully. read more

Beware of this store it is not a corporate Verizon store The people that work there are nothing but scam artist. We were lied to from the time we went in to the store to the time we finally returned the phones and went to a corporate Verizon store . The morons that work there didn't know how to transfer our information nor did they know how to do the back ups . When we returned the phones the next day after talking to Verizon corporate and told them about our 4 hour night mare at this store we were told to re turn the phones and try a corporate store and they would deal with this location Not owned by Verizon. When we went to turn in the phones the guy acted as if he didn't know how and we would have to come back to and talk with our sales person. I told him that wasn't going to work for me and he needed to get in touch with the store manager or I would contact Verizon right now and they I'm sure can talk you through it . Well then he could do the return but when he printed it there was only 1 phone on our receipt I took it back in then he didn't know what was wrong I again asked if I needed to call Verizon then he once again figured it out . 3 days Later I go to a corporate Verizon store and guess what the return didn't show up at Verizon so the store man had to call corporate and the fake Verizon store and the guy acted like oh yes it was all done right and it could take until the end of the month before it showed up on the account.
