Just left iRepair on Hwy 53 paying $170.00 for a iPhone battery. He stated the battery was $100 and $70 just to put it in! This place is a complete rip off! Fixhub right down the road only charges $75, had I know that before I would've never come here and allowed them to gouge me for such a simple service. Be aware they will be moving locations to Spout Springs Road next month in November and have a second location off Dawsonville Hwy. STAY AWAY!! It is absolutely worth what you'll save to go somewhere else. Go to Fixhub!!! read more

Our Galaxy A1 phones had scattered screens, both mine and my wifes. I went to Verizon and all they could do was to sell me a new phone, which we don't need or want. I called this iRepair service across from Ingles off hwy 53 on Thursday late afternoon. I took the phones in on Friday AM and they were ready with new screens at 4pm. So far so good. read more

A family member brought her computer in to have a driver issue fixed. After it was fixed and she got home and turned it on, she quickly realized that ALL OF HER FILES WERE COMPLETELY WIPED FROM THE COMPUTER!! She called and spoke to the owner who told her, "There was nothing on the computer when you brought it in...no files." That's a LIE!!! It was NOT a brand new computer so how could it possibly not have any files on it? Also, she literally was working on files up to the minute she turned it off to bring it over to iRepair. The owner charged her full price for the "service" and never even considered not charging her and/or trying to make up for that the fact they clearly wiped all her files!! Plus, get this, about 2 hours after she picked up the computer from iRepair, she received multiple notices from her bank saying there was SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ON HER ACCOUNT AND THE TRANSACTIONS WERE BLOCKED! Meaning, that someone had tried to use her bank account! Logic and reason would say that this HAD to be an employee of iRepair who probably retrieved her login information that was saved in her Google settings! This place is AWFUL!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! read more

I paid $300 for my iPhone screen to be replaced. They used after market parts and when I got it back i noticed the color seemed off and would glitch when typing. Within a week it shattered without being dropped or anything. I brought it back in with my receipt and explained the situation. The employee stated that since I was 'physical damage it is not under warranty'. I stated that it was not dropped and had to be a cheap screen or put on wrong. He just kept ignoring me and stating the same thing over and over that since it is physically damaged they won't fix it. He eventually said he could do it again for $10 off. I am not paying them another cent! Don't go here. It's the same price to have it done at Apple. read more

There's somethings that they can do to really help. I myself am not a very tech savvy person. I have an older iPhone and one day it just never turned on, so I took it to them and they charged my $90 and said they replaced a wire in my phone to help it turn on. 2 weeks later it happened again and I was sure that it wasn't a wire issue. After I tired some things on the internet I turned it back on withojt needing them. So they basically lied and charged me $100 just to lie and say they replaced something when all he did was press a few buttons and wait 4 hours to make it seem like it was an actual issue. read more

I brought my MacBook in to get the screen replaced. They went above and beyond to take care of it. I wanted a used screen to keep cost down, since it's an older laptop. Let me tell you, they made sure they replaced the screen with a used one that looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. read more

These people genuinely care about the customer and spent a lot of time working on my phone. They saved my information that I didn't have backed up from water damaged phone even though the phone was completely fried. They also gave me advice about the insurance process and they were friendly and personable. I hope I won't need their services again but if I do, I'll go back! read more

I dropped my iPhone5 and broke the loud speaker. I called for a quote, heard $39.99 but Drew told me that he said $49.99. He had it repaired and working again in about 30 minutes and threw in a couple of missing screws due to the miscommunication. So happy to have my sound back! Just make sure that you hear the quote clearly and repeat it back to him for confirmation. I am happy and I would go again. Way cheaper than buying a new phone! read more

Exceptional service. I had an iphone with saltwater damage. Didn't think it could be revived, especially since it's been several months since the incidence occured. I thought I was lucky just to recover the photos. Not only were all of the data recovered but they were able to get my phone in complete working condition again. And they did it for a very reasonable cost. I also had a Samsung Galaxy with water damage (freshwater). The technician, again, was able to get the phone up and running like new for a reasonable price. They seem to be really good and I would highly recommend. read more

I have always been a sceptic about going outside the "Genius Bar" but I gave this place a chance because my iPhone screen was destroyed and I could not wait until Thursday....which was the next available appointment at the apple store...today is Saturday! iRepair represents for sure! After many popups saying that my computer was infected and telling me to buy products (which I did not click on) I visited IRepair. Chris was very reassuring that my computer was fine. He "magically" made the popups stop in a very short time. He told me that rather than destroying electronics these people want money.
