I knew the battery would cost me $49.99 but was surprised to hear that they charge $19.99 on top of that for labor. I got a written estimate and left knowing they would call me when it was ready. I received a call within about two hours telling me my phone was ready. When I walked back in Tyler was the only one in the front working. When he went to ring up my charge it was almost $82 instead of the $73 I had been quoted. Tyler apologized profusely and said he had not added in the $6.99 parts processing fee. As a new employee he is still learning but this really annoyed me since I was already irritated that there was an additional labor fee that I wouldn't be paying at the Apple store. Since he was new and felt really bad I just paid my bill and left. I received a survey from them a few days later and expressed why I wasn't a happy customer. I received a call from the manager, Ryan, wanting to follow up on my survey. I returned the call a few days later when I got back to town from a trip. I was told I would get a call back from Ryan that night. I never heard from him. A few days later I called again and was pretty annoyed. Ryan was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. This is why they ended up with five stars from me. I felt like Ryan really listened to what I had to say and accepted responsibility for their error. He wanted me to be a happy customer and wanted to step up and fix where they dropped the ball. As a customer, I know places are going to mess up. What is important to me is how they handle their mistakes and I feel Ryan and Simply Mac did a great job with that. I would go back.

0 Star -- Poor repair, loose parts inside, no warranty support…read more I paid over $500 at Cellairis - WW Milton on June 8, 2026, for an iPhone 15 Pro Max repair including screen replacement, back glass replacement, battery resync, and charging port replacement. The phone was returned as "fixed," but the microphone did not work. They claimed they checked everything, but the manager had to call the employee in front of us and argue with him. After several minutes, the employee admitted he had not checked it properly. They had to open the phone again and kept it three extra days. Shortly after the repair, there were loose pieces inside the phone, and the phone got water damage after minimal water exposure. In my opinion, the phone was not properly sealed, glued, or reassembled after they opened and repaired the screen, back glass, charging port, and microphone area. Instead of honoring any warranty, the manager yelled at me, said he was "getting really mad," and claimed an iPhone 15 Pro Max cannot be near water at all because it is electronic. That is not a fair explanation when the phone was opened, repaired, and returned with loose internal parts. Now they want to charge me another $80 diagnostic fee to open the phone again. I do not believe I should pay more for issues that appeared after their repair. Very bad experience. Poor workmanship, poor quality control, poor communication, and no accountability.
