The management team needs to be fired for not being able to expedite customers for low level transactions and just bundles all issues as a first come first serve issue. I used to manage a retail cellphone store and at least our team knew how to get some customers in and out and who needs to really speak to a sales person. T-Mobile is also dumb for not having payment kiosks.

They are a 3rd party cell phone dealer. I felt like they wasted so much of my time and took my money for services they never had ability to complete. The Castro Valley Verizon store is actually called Victra NOT Verizon! They should take the BIG verizon signage down from the front of the building. I went in last week to pick up an online order and oh my what a 180º difference. The current workers are not the same as the ones I saw during the soft opening. I go up to counter to tell them I'm there to pick up my online order. Since it was a larger item it was in the back. One of the workers, on the headphone mics, tells someone in the back/storage area to bring out my order. I think all is good and I will be getting my order. That wasn't the case. After a 2-3 minutes the person in the back calls back to ask what are they were look for, and the counter person tell them what it is and the specific item. After about 5 minutes the person from the back comes up to the front to personally ask, again, what are they were looking for. And I tell her along with the counter person (that's 4 times so far) what the item is. After waiting about 10 minutes the person finally brings out my order. Even thought this San Leandro location is more convenient for me I will go to the one in Castro Valley since they know what they are doing. The workers at San Leandro need more training and/or hire more experienced people. The current ones look like they're still in high school or just started college and haven't learned the concept of customer service. I might go in a few months to see if it has improved.

Today, I called in and was placed on hold ' for a second', which turned into over 10 minutes. I called back and finally got someone on the line who was helping with my order. He went to check on product and then...disappeared for over 10 minutes. I called on my other phone (while still on hold with phone 1) and someone picked up, said the guy who was helping me was assisting an in-store customer and I then ask the guy I'm talking to to help me. Rather than help, he abruptly put me on hold. 5 minutes later my call on phone 1 was hung up on by SW. 9 minutes later the guy who was originally helping me came back on the line to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. A half hour on the phone wasted. I strongly advise utilizing the Hayward location. Hayward offers friendlier, more competent service
