This guy Tyler promise me that out phone bill would be $214.00 each month after the 1st but it's $369.00 each month this Tyler guy screwed us over , I call and went back to the store them we been texting back and forth for a week now , this guy should not be selling phones of your going to mess over people like that , we spent over $2k that day in the store and to get treated like this is some wild stuff ! I was in this store for the very first time today. I had been going to the location on 45 and West Road. The service is pretty decent there but this location is closer to home. I was having issues with the wifi on my phone for a few months now. Plus, I was considering an upgrade to the iPhone 12. As soon as I walked in I had a friendly face and great service from start to finish. Morris walked me through all of my options and made sure I would be aware of what I would be charged. I was pleased with the transparency. I know it's a lot to explain. He was very patient and made sure all of my data would transfer. I've had good service at previous Verizon stores but this experience was excellent. I am pleased with my new phone and can't wait to use it for upcoming projects! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I've been with Verizon for about 3 years I believe and just recently I added my boyfriend to my plan and a guy named Jay completely rushed the process adding "perks" to my plan after informing him that I already have Netflix and Max and was not looking to bundle them through Verizon. He also added some promotions that weren't valid and got added to our bill which came out to be $750. We have spoken to over 3 representatives and no one can figure out what is going on, we were told to go into the store. I'm just confused how money hungry these people can be when they're one of the "leading" telecommunication companies, this isn't good customer service at all. It's no way to treat customers, it's truly distasteful and disappointing. We will be finding a new company to switch to. read more

I wish i could give them 0 stars. Do not purchase your phones here please go to a legit verizon store. Steven Mendoza is a liar and scam artist. When i switched services in October he lies and told me i had to get a hot spot with my plan which turned out to be a flat out lie. I have been dealing with this bs ever since and have yet to have it fully rectified. I said i only wanted insurance on my phone and he put it on the hotspot as well. He told me my 1st bill would be high and the next 2 would be very cheap to balance out which was another lie. I noticed my 2nd bill was extremely high and called about it. That's how i figure out he added the insurance and he lied about the hotspot being mandatory. The rep told me the hotspot was completely unnecessary because i already got an allotted amount of hotspot with my plan. The 2nd person i talked to got approval to remove all the charges and take the hotspot of my plan and messed up by canceling the line before the hotspot was returned. He told me to take the hotspot back to the store and when I did they told me it was nothing they can do because the line was canceled. I now have a $120 charge for the hotspot being canceled. It's been months and verizon has yet to fix this last issue. This wouldn't even be occurring if he wasn't lying to customers to upsell them on products they don't need or want. I went in the verizon store by deerbrook mall and the gm asked me was i there the day before. Apparently somebody came in the day before me with the same exact issue from this same location which lets me know this wasn't a mistake they are intentionally doing this to people. I am in the process of filing a corporate complaint with verizon and this trash location as well as a complaint with the bbb. Please avoid this store at all cost they either have a rouge employee or they are trained to scam customers to get sales. I wish i stayed with sprint the customer service is absolutely abhorrent and everybody sees the issue that was caused by steven but nobody seem to help fix it. I have wasted hours on the phone and gas driving to the store to fix an issue that should have never happened in the 1st place. I am utterly disgusted with this business and their practices. I went in for a warranty issue on my daughters phone. Joel, not only took care of that issue without a problem, He was able to refresh my account with updated insurance/discounts. Upgraded my wife's phone, and still ended up lowering my monthly bill. All he needed to to was the warranty work, but he went above and beyond. Nice to have some good customer service. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Deserves 0 stars. Not an actual Verizon store, & Verizon is limited as to what they can do. Short story: traded in phone IN MAY & bought accessories b/c of promo $500 credit & $150 gift card. Opted for insurance, good price, told store could replace phone (no mail-in hassles). Ret'd to store b/c trade-in not applied to account, no gift card, insurance cost on bill was double quote. Was promised callback. Around same time son's phone stopped working; covered by insurance, dad went to store. Was told upgrade best way to go (cheaper) & of course bought new accessories. Trade-in phone mailed back to us month later saying no trade-in credit b/c phone isn't working. Now SEP. Still no resolution / return call on 1st issue. Ret'd to store; given district manager's card. Tried to call but VM box full. Was told message would be relayed, no call back. Called Corporate who fixed 1st issue. Called store again, went round & round trying to get store mgr name & schedule. Was given district mgr # again. Called district manager who stated it was her "private" #. Found business card from store; same # on card. Wanted to argue that we misunderstood associates. Told her at least Verizon made up for the first issue & she should send thank you card. She replied Verizon should be sending them many thank you cards. Of course, 15 day return period over on son's upgraded phone. Every time I come in here, a sales person screw up my plan or bill. When I last got a phone, I asked the guy not to change my plan, (before Verizon had Unlimited), he said he didn't, but he did. Paid a bill, they charged the wrong amount. Then went to get another phone again, the guy said it was too soon for an upgrade; ok then I can just get my insurance to issue anew phone. My family and I are very close. We all live our own separate lives. But with COVID running rampant, and a recent tragedy, it's more important now than ever that we stay in close contact. Needless to say, my phone is extremely vital. Then out of no where, my phone powers off, and won't power back on. I call my carrier and they can't help me because I didn't know my account pin, password, or even email password. I was very dependent on my phone. So I take my dead phone to Verizon and explain to Vickie what happened. She was awesome. I don't know what she's getting paid, but I'm sure it's not enough. She called Verizon, spoke with many different people, and was put on hold multiple times for a very long time. Vickie, not the customer service rep on the phone, was able to find a way to access my account. She was professional, patient, reassuring, and more than understanding. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was taking too much of her time. She'd smile and say, "My pleasure." She helped me more than I can fully express.
