I didn't like the work they were doing up and down my block, so I began looking at reviews as they started to do their work in front of my property. Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs. Some looked good to ok, but a couple were looking bad. BUT, to their credit, they put down some fresh soil, seed and cover in the spots that needed more help. I did not expect that kind of follow-up, so I was pleasantly surprised.

They let us know we could get insurance through them vs apple when he gave the price I let him know that that was kinda expensive, he assured me I could change it for a lower cost insurance after the credits fall off, by the way watches were added to the account, that we did not want but were told that that would fall off also, which they eventually did but we still got charged for insurance for the watch witch we didn't even order. In this time I did have questions, I have 3 young men's cell phone numbers who let me know if I needed anything to let them know, they let me know of what they were fixing on the account that never happened, and of course eventually they completely stopped responding to my messages. We went from a $77 a month bill to now $156 a month, I went in today to find out about the charge for my husband's phone and the insurance and was basically told it's only one price my only option is to cancel it, I called apple they said it's too late to add it through them, and my husband's phones is $40 something a month, we would have done better going with a different carrier, the only deal we got were LIES and a higher phone bill. I do not recommend this location!

I responded with the "confirm" prompt; however, frontier responded with a "cancellation" prompt. ‍ Red flag #2 - I called to notify them that I attempted to confirm my appointment via text but I received a cancellation notification. The representative told me not to worry because I still have an appointment for March 1st from 8am-12pm. As we waited, no one showed up so we called frontier at 12:05pm. They promised us that a technician would come to install between 1pm-5pm. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Red flag #3 - I received a text message the day AFTER my installation was scheduled to take place. A technician is now schedule to come March 2nd from 1pm-5pm. SAYS WHO? Who said that I will be available? When did the time change? How do I know that you will really show up THIS TIME? Red flag #4 - I called customer service to ask why the time keeps changing and the representative said they promise someone will show up the third time. Red flag #5 - I asked to speak to a manager because at this point I need someone to convince me that the actual service will be more reliable than the people. I was on hold 15 minutes. I couldn't do it, so I hung up! FRONTIER - SIT DOWN SOMEWHERE!

They are retailers of ATT, with all the joy that can bring. But just like their DSL service (which goes off ATT phone lines), it's so much easier to call Oplink direct than to engage the infuriating ritual idiot merry go round with whatever lowest tech adviser is on duty at ATT. As Oplink is a major reseller they get premium support from ATT. But the greatest aspect of Oplink support is the small group of knowledgeable techies who respond quickly and competently. A well run small business is a thing of beauty in the current large corporate climate.

During and after this visit, significant issues arose: - I was not informed that an additional line would be added to my account without proper explanation. - The representative used an incorrect EMEI number, which negatively impacted my account And was for a camera I do not have, which I also was not informed about. -my services were changed without my understanding and in a way that costs more for fewer services, which I was not informed about. The lack of clarity regarding how these changes would affect my service and billing led to confusion and financial distress. I expected better communication and accuracy from this location As a Verizon Representative!!!!! - When I returned, the associate instructed me to contact customer service instead. - After I sent an email regarding my concerns, I received a call from Dan, who identified himself as the store trainer. While he offered to access my account, he did not offer to provide a resolution for the issues caused by the store, recognize the impact of their associates on my account and finances, or even apologize. Instead he assured me they have 100% customer satisfaction--which clearly is not the case!!!!!!!!!

They need to reassess what tactics they use to bait in customers, and avoid giving them misinformation that they cannot follow through with and waste my time. My advice is to avoid this store at all costs unless you want to waste your time and be lied to. MY EXPERIENCE: On Monday (May 13, 2019), I was approached by a sales person about a promotion that was running until the day before, but they are the only store that are still running it. The promotion was to get an iPhone XR for trading in the phone and adding a phone line for $20/month. At first I was skeptical (I should have went with my instinct), but my mother convinced me into going in and at least hear what they had to say even though we were rushed. We came in, got all the price quote for a final bill and were reading to trade in our iPhone 6S for X amount of dollars additional. Right when we were ready to be checked out, the staff member said that their manager informed us that the promotion is now over, and to come back Friday when that specific promotion will be reactive. Even though our hour was wasted, we were happy to know that we would still get the promotion on Friday and would be willing to drive down over an hour for it. She gave me her personal phone number to contact her to make sure everything was good to go before I made the drive. Friday came along (May 17, 2019), I contacted her around 10:19 AM to make sure everything was in order. She informed me that yes and that she would have the phone ready when she came into work. I confirmed that we were getting the same deal (adding a line $20/month, 4 accessories, and the new iPhoneXR) for trading in our phone and she confirmed. Then at 11:06 AM, I receive a personal text saying that now the manager informed her there is a new promotion that the device requires a port in from another carrier and started defending that she just said a new promo was starting. Bottomline, I respect her for informing me well in advance that I won't be able to get the deal I was told I was going to before I drove over an hour for this only to be disappointed once again. However, this management seriously needs to train their employees to have the correct information at all times and not to lure customers with false hope and incorrect information. IN SHORT, THIS STORE WAS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY TIME AND ENERGY.

They explained everything about plans thoroughly to help us switch from prepaid to post paid. They were very hospitable as well. (I'm pregnant and needed some water immediately). I asked Derek if they had water and he informed me due to COVID protocol he was not allowed to give it to me from the store. But he promptly walked all the way to the food court and got me some water on his own accord. My husband I truly appreciated that kind gesture. He wasn't required to do that. He took initiative and extra step to provide me with what I consider great customer service.
